Can’t wait to return!

Lovely modern lodge, comfortable beds and bedding. Great power showers. Loved the outside decking area and the general design of the lodge - very chic. Very private as well due to the good design. The staff were lovely and will do their utmost to make your stay comfortable. We loved the spa pool and usually had it to ourselves which was fantastic, it was too cold to visit the outdoor pool but it looked clean and inviting. The location is just what we were looking for and is in easy walking distance of great restaurants and a bakery. There’s loads to do in the area including a gorgeous beach and lots of D day museums and ways to spend each day. We had a lovely trip and can’t wait to return!

Not a criticism just a couple of suggestions: bigger coffee cups with proper handles for us tea drinkers. The opening times and menu for the on site takeaway. We didn’t realise we could have had a plancha so again some info on that. But we had a fantastic stay so I hope this is taken as helpful improvements rather than a criticism.

Showers were hot and having a separate accommodation for extended family members was great.

Could have done with a microwave that was an oven as well and more Wi-Fi connections.

What a great weekend with friends. Relaxing for adults, fun for kids. Wonderful staff.

Loved the amenities and location near the beach. Cabins are nice and modern.

The only thing I wished for is that there was a little space on the sides of the beds to move around and place luggage. It’s a little tight but we could unpack into the wardrobe so it was ok.

A great stay overall, we will come again for sure!

Very big and super tidy bungalow, beautiful terrace. Guys from office and reception super professional and service oriented! We had a medical accident with our son and the guys from the office were so supportive and took care of everything! Super nice pools, indoor and outdoor. A lot of travel info and tips on sightseeing, food markets and restaurants with exact distance from the resort and opening hours!

Started very well but we were disappointed at end due to the swimming pool incident

I I stayed at this hotel with my family and we were looking forward to using the swimming pool. However, we were very disappointed and upset when we found out that there were no clear rules for the swimming pool dress code either on the website or during check-in. Also, there was nothing written anywhere on the swimming pool entrance. Then, we were informed that my wife could not use the swimming pool as she wears a full covered swimming cloth (Burkini). This is unacceptable and discriminatory. We felt unwelcome and humiliated by this treatment. unfortunately, we already spent one night and it wasn't feasible to leave and look for another facility after driving 6 hrs. to reach there with my family. We also urge the management to change their policy and respect the diversity and choices of their guests or at least to have their policy written somewhere clearly at website so guests can see it and decide to proceed with the booking or not.

Great location and walking distance to beach and shops. Staff very helpful and informative. Recieved a gift on arrival and departure.

Saunas and steam room closes 6pm. Leisure centre closes 8pm. 600 deposit required which takes up to 2 weeks to get back.

Great location with clean modern accomodation.

Clean, confortable and well equipped accomodation. Well kept site with good leisure facilities despite our booking being in low season. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Had an issue with some miscommunication over a late check out, however the staff were apologetic and offered alternatives. Accomodation would have been crampled for more than 4 people. Some facilities were not open such as food kiosk due to low season.

Les mobil-homes sont neufs, modernes et parfaitement entretenus. On s’y sent tout de suite bien, comme dans une petite résidence secondaire au bord de l’océan. L’accueil est exceptionnel, vraiment chaleureux et professionnel. On sent que l’équipe aime ce qu’elle fait, et ça change tout. La qualité de service est au top du début à la fin. Mention spéciale pour l’espace balnéo, qui était super : propre, agréable, relaxant… un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée plage. Et gros point fort : il y a très peu de vis-à-vis, ce qui est extrêmement appréciable dans un camping. On profite vraiment de son espace et de son intimité. Le patron est très sympa, accessible et attentif aux détails. Un cinq étoiles largement mérité ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On reviendra sans hésiter.

Toplocatie om Normandië te bezoeken!

De bungalow was ontzettend schoon en netjes! Het park trouwens ook. Ik vond het binnen- en buitenbad heerlijk! Echt een aanrader als je Normandië bezoekt. Je kan alle kanten op en ook lekker tot rust komen! Het bakkertje in Luc-sur-mer is echt een must om te bezoeken. Zo lekker!

Ik vond het veel borg om te betalen, wat 2 weken duurde tot we terugkregen. Gelukkig kregen we het wel terug, maar we hadden het huisje daarom wel spik en span achtergelaten.

Mooie luxe camping, maar qua kwaliteit niet meer dan een camping

Het was een mooie camping, resort zou ik zeker niet zeggen, maar een luxe camping was het zeker. Het M&V resort bleek eigenlijk een soort 'aanbouw' op een bestaande camping met een dus wat luxere uitstraling, voor de buitenomgeving was erg mooi en resortachtig ingericht, met mooie paden en palmboompjes. Het personeel was uitstekend vriendelijk en betrokken. Bij aankomst ontvingen we een welkomst geschenk van lokale producten, we werden met een golfkarretje en onze koffers naar ons verblijf gebracht (de auto kon niet voor de deur staan) en een mapje met gepersonaliseerd briefje met alle informatie die je nodig hebt stond klaar. Bij vertrek kregen we weer een presentje met lokale producten, deze gastvrijheid en extra lieve presentjes maakten dat we het personeel erg konden waarderen.

Op zich niets mis met een caravan, wel was alles in de caravan van matige kwaliteit, we vragen ons af of het er nog steeds zo netjes bij ligt over 5 jaar. Voornamelijk het bed en de douche waren prima. Maar bijvoorbeeld de douche cabine begon nu al een beetje door te zakken door de matige kwaliteit van plastic. Het bed was ook kwetsbaar, daarmee was er wat weinig comfort bij een dagje thuisblijven. Het zwembad deel je met de eerder bestaande camping, op zich zag ook alles er hier weer netjes uit. Alleen waren de douches en de jacuzzi koud. De sauna en hammam bleken alleen aan te staan in het weekend en de openingstijden kwamen niet overeen met deze op booking. Wij verbleven er alleen doordeweeks, dus dat was net een beetje jammer.

Verzorgd, mooi uitzicht, vriendelijke mensen en fijne wellness

Heel erg strak en goed onderhouden buitenruimte. Goed toegangssysteem voor de faciliteiten. Wellness was schoon, verzorgd, up-to-date en uitgebreid. Het verblijf was ook verzorgd, up-to-date en bijna volledig.

- Toegang tot parkeerplaats; een paal met toetsenbord 5 meter ervoor is een betere oplossing - Op vertrekdag moet je de poort openen en met je auto naar je huisje kunnen om de auto te laden; danwel een kruiwagen faciliteren; het was nu zwaar om heen-en-weer te lopen - Als je zélf wil schoonmaken heb je een betere dweil én een stofzuiger nodig - Als je 2500 betaalt voor een week, dan je een combinatie van onderstaande: 1. schone lakens na 3 nachten (zeker in de zomer) 2. goede kussens en een dikker matras 3. game room zonder bijbetaling 4. een oven in je keuken 5. een was service 6. een veel betere WiFi, en mogelijkheden om eigen Chrome Cast te gebruiken en te streamen - Waar was de gedeelde lounge met tv? - Huisje was nog een beetje stoffig en er moet echt naar het rooster van de afzuiging worden gekeken (vies) - Verduistering van de schuiframen is niet dik genoeg; er komt nog flink wat licht en warmte doorheen; folie op raam een idee? Scheelt ook Airco gebruik.

Alhoewel een compact huisje was het in combinatie met het terras meer dan voldoende. Hoge kwaliteit van het interieur en zeer schoon. Zeer dicht bij strand, dorpje, bakker en supermarkt.

Fijne schone accommodatie met genoeg faciliteiten op het park en in de huisjes. Perfecte ligging voor bezoeken aan de stranden. Om de hoek het strand Sword, terrasjes, boulevard en winkeltjes. Iedereen erg vriendelijk.
