150m2 villa 30m from the beach with private heated indoor pool, lounge and relaxation area. Games room with bar area, Bonzini table soccer, TV and games. Large living room with original decor and well-equipped kitchen. Spacious, comfortable and playful villa in a quiet setting, with three bedrooms (all with TV), two of which have sea views. Outside, on the south side, a patio with outdoor lounge, table, chairs and gas barbecue; in front, in an enclosed courtyard, a ping-pong table with small garden furniture; possibility of storing bicycles, paddle, canoe, fishing equipment, etc., in complete safety. Balcony/terrace with sea view.

During the festivities marking the anniversary of the Normandy landings: Canadian military camps reconstituted during the ceremonies in the immediate vicinity (less than 200m). Military aircraft fly over the beach above the house. Ceremonies at Courseulles sur Mer military museum 2 km away. Circulation of military vehicles on local roads.
