Beautiful backyard/garden area for sitting in the afternoon sun. Nice to sit at the table & watch the boats leave. Steps away from the beach. Perfect number of rooms for our group of 7 family members. The one small thing was the steps to the bedroom above the living area were slippery. We made sure to use the hand rail when navigating. Pictures accurately reflect the property.

The location of the house was superb for morning and afternoons on the beach for swimming, relaxing and introducing a toddler to the sea. The house itself was beautifully equipped and comfortable for us all, and the small town perfect for early morning coffee and excellent croissants with a choice of small restaurants for other meals. Great location for exploring the sights of Normandy too.

The villa is situated directly on the beach with shops and restaurants in walking distance. It’s very spacious and perfect for a big family or a group of friends. Well equipped and comfortable. Everybody loved it, especially the big livingroom and the outside dining area.

We spend a week at Luc-Sur-Mer and enjoyed the location and the house very much. Great location to visit many of the Normandy sites.
