The house of 150 m² can accommodate up to 10 people and is composed of a large and bright living room with open kitchen, veranda with view on the garden, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 office room, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms. Large garden of 1 300 m² entirely closed, terrace, barbecue. Closed garage and outside parking space.

Located in a dead end street in the heart of downtown Luc-sur-Mer, close to all amenities, you can do everything on foot.
