Villa Suzanne is a charming 3-star family home located in the heart of Deauville, a few steps from the beach. Its privileged location allows you to fully enjoy the city, its shops, restaurants and its unique atmosphere, without the need for a car. With its 50 m² private courtyard, it offers a real haven of peace where you can meet in a friendly atmosphere after a day of discovery.
In the immediate vicinity of the Deauville International Centre (CID), the Casino and many sports and wellness activities, this house is perfect for a holiday under the sign of relaxation and entertainment. Lovers of fresh produce will also appreciate the proximity of the market, located less than 150 meters away, ideal for composing delicious meals to share.
The interior, both warm and functional, has been designed to offer comfort and practicality to its guests. The first floor is organized around a welcoming living space, including a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor serves a double bedroom (140x190), a bedroom with three single beds (90x190) and a bathroom. The second floor offers a double bedroom (160x200), a bedroom with a single bed (90x190) and a shower room, thus guaranteeing everyone a pleasant resting area. WIFI is available throughout the house.
Outside, the terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers invites you to relax. It is the perfect place to have a coffee in the sun in the morning, read a book during the day or share an aperitif at the end of the day in a peaceful atmosphere. A parking space is located in a private driveway.
Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Babies are welcome at MyPacôme Conciergerie! For your comfort, a travel cot is already available on site. If you need additional equipment, we offer the rental of cots and high chairs, delivered and installed before your arrival:
- Baby cot with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: 12€ per night
- High chair: 10€ per night
- Baby kit (cot + high chair): 19€ per night
To ensure that you make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: massage at home, home chef service, delivery of aperitif boards, wine testing + aperitif board, car cleaning, bike rental and much more. In addition, thanks to our wellness partner, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with the rental of a jacuzzi, available from €290 on weekends (subject to availability). Do not hesitate to contact us for any request before your stay.
Upon arrival, beds will be made and towels, bath mats and dish towels will be at your disposal. Bathrobes and slippers can also be provided upon request, at an extra cost.
Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange the schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.
Arrivals are between 4 pm and 8 pm. Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
