Best view sea Deauville

ממש אהבנו את הנוף של הבית יש שקיעה ממש יפה ותחושה של חופש, הדירה נקייה מסודרת ונוחה בעל הדירה זמין ועונה לכל דבר, יש שולחן אוכל ומטבח מאובזר

Nous nous sommes tout de suite bien sentis dans cet appartement. En plus d’être joliment décoré, tout est mis à disposition pour y passer un agréable séjour (cuisine toute équipée, canapé super confortable, la télévision avec Netflix, le wifi, …). Une résidence très calme, on y entend que les mouettes et les vagues!!! La cerise sur le gâteau, le coucher du soleil comme sur la photo de l’annonce et aussi la réactivité de Sébastien!

A noter pas adapté pour des PMR (appartement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur). Tout se fait à pied mais loin de la plage de Trouville.

Super appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons passé quelques jours à Deauville sa situation est idéale pour faire tout à pieds.

The apartment is spacious. The location is nice, with a nice view of the marina area, the beach, and the water from both the back deck and the front walkway area. You have to walk a little way out of the marina area to get to any shops, restaurants, the beach, etc. It was very windy, which was *mostly* a positive, as it was also hot and there is no AC, so we could get a breeze through apartment (although that could easily become an extreme wind tunnel).

The owner told us the day of our arrival that a window pane had been smashed by the prior tenant. There was no attempt to fix or improve the broken glass pane during our stay (there were still jagged shards of glass that are uncovered by cardboard or anything), and no response to my question regarding whether the owner could do anything about the glass. The outdoor table was soiled with bird droppings, and the parking was not as advertised on Booking.com. The rental listing advertises 1 parking space for guests, but there is not any designated parking space for guests of the rental (we only got a parking space by luck on the day we arrived). The owner was unreachable during our arrival window, which made it difficult and time consuming to figure out how to access the unit (the owner's instructions were not clear) and parking (all lots were packed, with many illegally parked cars). The 1 Quai des Marchands address is misleading, as the Newport building is not really located there. It would be nice if the windows had bug screens, as there were a fair amount of flies, and we needed windows open because of the heat. For the price we paid, we would expect refilled soap in soap dispensers, a cleaned outdoor table, and at least some attempt to fix the broken glass pane (or some reduction in the rental price). Also, the owner did not provide pillow cases on all pillows, and there was no top sheet on beds, which is disappointing when we were charged a 120 euro “bed linens” fee.
