Coco Unlimited

I had a wonderful stay at Coco Unlimited. The location is excellent, with direct access to a beautiful beach and close to everything you need in Tulum. The hotel was always clean, and the pool was a great place to relax after a day out. What made my stay truly special was the staff. The front desk employee who worked the night shift was always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I also want to give a special thank you to the Argentine staff member who takes care of the sea turtles at night. Watching the turtles come ashore to lay their eggs was an unforgettable experience, and his passion for protecting them made it even more meaningful. I highly recommend Coco Unlimited to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and a unique connection to nature.

The only downside during my stay was the large amount of sargassum on the beach, which unfortunately made it difficult to fully enjoy the ocean. However, this is a natural seasonal occurrence and is completely outside of the hotel’s control. It does not reflect the quality of the property or the excellent service provided by the staff.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido, sencillamente, increíble. Hemos venido Álvaro, mi pareja y yo, Minia, y nos vamos con un recuerdo maravilloso, tanto por las instalaciones como, sobre todo, por la calidad humana de todo el equipo. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Bea e Iván, de recepción, que desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Siempre amables, cercanos, atentos y con una sonrisa, dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. También a Guillermo, del equipo de seguridad, una persona excepcional, muy profesional, amable y siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto. Y, por supuesto, agradecer al maravilloso equipo de cocina: José, Emanuel y Salomé, que hicieron que cada comida fuera una experiencia fantástica. Además de la calidad de la comida, destacamos su trato tan cercano, su simpatía y el cariño con el que nos atendieron cada día. Da gusto encontrar un equipo tan comprometido y que consigue que la estancia sea aún más especial. Nos vamos muy felices y con ganas de volver. Sin duda, si regresamos a Tulum, volveremos a elegir este hotel. ¡Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo por hacer de nuestro viaje una experiencia inolvidable!

Nothing, todo perfecto

Each room has its own hammock on the balcony, great for relaxing and not getting sand on your bed! Practically on the beach, shared with sea turtles :-) Great snack bar, super friendly, helpful staff

Great views. Great food. Great staff.

No hot water. Below average beds. No modern charging stations/ports. Poor internet connection. No water filtration system.
