Aldea Canzul Tulum

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable à Aldea Canzul. L’accueil et le service ont été tout simplement exceptionnels : l’équipe était toujours disponible, réactive (même via WhatsApp) et attentive à chaque détail pour que nous nous sentions parfaitement bien. La chambre était spacieuse, magnifique, décorée avec goût, et préparée plusieurs fois par jour avec de petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Le lieu est splendide : une piscine superbe, un environnement au cœur de la jungle qui donne une vraie sensation d’évasion, tout en étant parfaitement situé au centre de l’action. Le lit était extrêmement confortable, et l’ensemble de l’hôtel dégage une atmosphère éco-chic unique qui permet de profiter pleinement des vacances. Chaque demande, qu’il s’agisse d’activités ou de services, a été prise en charge immédiatement avec le sourire. On a vraiment le sentiment d’être privilégiés dans un cadre exclusif et raffiné. Un endroit magique que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The rooms were large and spacious, beds very comfortable and large. Large living room and kitchen area. Outdoor private pool and oasis is what made this stay amazing. A few steps from the beach. The staff was one of the friendliest and most helpful of most places we have stayed at. They assisted not only with all hotel issues, but also helped with our rental car issue and resolving it for us. If Tulum is where you want to be, this is a tropical escape from the party scene outside.

No fault to the property itself, however there where 2 clubs that do play audible music until 11pm.
