The hotel was great and was very quiet.
I think you could add a washing machine. I needed to wash some of my clothes and there was no where in the area.

The location is great and the room was very comfortable and stylish. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach club access, which was stunning. The shared kitchen was an added bonus.

The location, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The room was spacious and stylish. The hotel has a restaurant, cafe, pharmacy, convenience store around it.
I would have appreciated if the doors could be locked from inside or outside with the key.

It’s rustic and so beautiful!! It has a woodsy foresty feeling. The staff Nico was really great- he was attentive to all our needs and he switched our room when the AC wasn’t working right.
Like in a forest there are bugs and mosquitoes and everything is around you- in our room was fine (some ants). It’s far from the city of Tulum! Do not stay there unless you have a car! It’s a resort like area where everything is super pricy!! We felt stuck there and couldn’t wait to leave.
