I don’t understand the low rating. We had a great two night stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Direct beach access and very quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was great. I would recommend paying the extra 250 MXN for AC if you are staying in May.

A bit far away from the main hotel area: There are few places to go out nearby. In general Tulum felt overrated, you cannot even swim because of the Saragassum and restaurants charge US prices. I don’t know what the hype is about.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times — first in 2020, then in 2023 when I organized a retreat group here, and now again for a holiday with my child — and every experience has been consistently wonderful. The atmosphere is truly special: very authentic, very REAL TULUM VIBE and peaceful. This time we stayed in a second-floor room, which was spacious and beautifully designed, with a terrace and an extra bed , was super comfortable for traveling with a child. The food deserves a special mention. Breakfasts are absolutely delicious, every day we have tasted different type of Mexican breakfasts. And the restaurant overall is excellent. The ceviche and tacos were some of my favorites, and the prices are very reasonable in compare to another hotels around. Service is wonderful , making you feel genuinely welcome throughout your stay. It’s a place I keep coming back to — whether for retreats, or personal vacations.Highly recommended.

Very good location, walking distance to many good places. Very smiley staff, good service. They gave us room upgrade as comp which was a nice touch.

We were in room 7 which was right above the restourant kitchen, there was constant noices even at night and food smell coming, we couldn't sleep relaxly at all. Shower wasn't steady and hot and cold water was always waving. We had to burn ourself few times.
