The apartment was as cozy and picturesque as advertised, with lovely views out the bedroom windows. When we had an issue withe power going out soon after we arrived, somebody stopped by within minutes of us reaching out and quickly resolved it. The heat was sufficient, which had been one of our concerns about traveling in November. The parking garage made arriving by car easy, and it was very cool to have a garage in an old grotto. The coupons for breakfast set us up well at a charming cafe, where the staff patiently taught us the Italian words for all of our food options. We loved staying right next to the synagogue in the old city, and were glad we had a whole week to explore Pitigliano.
The doorways were narrow, which was tricky for us to navigate with a toddler and stroller, but totally manageable. Everything about the apartment was as advertised, so be prepared for stairs, etc.

Awesome place. Super cute and clean. Best parking garage EVER.
Communication. Never answered via Booking so I had to use whatsapp (which is fine) but even though they knew arrival time, I had to keep asking for details about how to actually arrive and enter. It worked out at the last minute but that added unnecessary stress. ALSO THERE ARE MANY STAIRS, more than are shown in the photos. I'm cool with that, but my friend, who had knee issues, thought she could manage the stairs but was unaware how many there were. Should advertise accordingly. And, I do understand we are in Italia. I live here! But to not turn on the hot water before we arrived, having known our arrival time was silly. We needed to shower but had to wait an hour for hot water. All of this, could have been avoided with proper communication. Said included breakfast, but only for one day.

Pitigliano during the day and Pitigliano in the late evening or early morning are two completely different cities. I recommend spending the night in this wonderful location. The house itself is striking in its authenticity; it's like visiting an Italian grandmother. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the hosts kindly provide parking in the garage (but not in the old town itself—it's a no-car zone). A wonderful experience! Thank you!

Lo staff si è rivelato molto disponibile e gentile. Ci hanno subito portato quello che mancava in casa, e il giorno dopo quando li ho chiamati per comunicargli che il freddo era veramente insopportabile, ci hanno proposto di spostarci in un'altra loro struttura, l'appartamento in sé comunque era carino e curato, peccato veramente per questi inconvenienti.
Purtroppo ci sono stati un po' di problemi durante il nostro pernottamento.
In primis il freddo, i riscaldamenti erano spenti e l'unico modo per riscaldare l'appartamento era tramite aria condizionata che però purtroppo non era minimamente sufficiente oltre ad essere rumorosa e non presente in tutte le stanze. Inoltre quando siamo arrivati mancavano alcune cose come il sapone per le mani e l'acqua da bere.
