Great location near the beach and walking distance to restaurants and old town. Very quiet at back of interior courtyard.Great security and felt safe here.Had everything needed for a lengthy stay.. Very helpful host

The apartment is generally well-equipped and comfortable, and the location is excellent.
However, there were several significant issues. The door and windows facing the stairwell do not allow enough natural light into the apartment. Ventilation is practically impossible, as a strong sewage smell from the stairwell immediately enters the apartment when opening them. As a result, the apartment feels musty, the wardrobe is essentially unusable, and wet towels do not dry properly. The air conditioning unit is old, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. At the same time, it was necessary to keep it running, as it provided the only form of air circulation.
