The apartment is lovely, very spacious and bright, quiet well. The building is of recent construction and is all new. It habitable 55m square distributed in living room with sofa bed Italian opening, kitchen with breakfast bar, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. It also has a patio.
It is fully equipped. The area is very typical. The beach is a two minute walk from the beach of La Caleta and eight historic center. It is well connected with other parts of the city. The area has all services and there are many terraces where you can enjoy Cádiz cuisine. The central market is one step and is very typical breakfast or snack chocolate churroscon in positions that are around.
It is ideal for a dream vacation in a quiet and peaceful place.

Buenos días, acabo de venir de pasar unos días en Cádiz, fui con una amiga y que decir de la casa, que esta muy bien ubicada, muy limpia, bonita y silenciosa, teníamos de todo, tazas, vasos, cafetera, sartenes, microondas y hasta papel higienico..jajaja..
Todo cerca, la playa La Caleta a dos minutos, la catedral a 15 minutos dando un paseo.
Los dueños de la casa, muy atento y serviciales, tanto que nos cogieron sitio para aparcar nuestro coche. Mil gracias!! porque sin ellos, seguiríamos buscando sitio ( imposible aparcar).
Hemos estado muy a gusto, si volviéramos, repetiríamos.

Door de ligging is gemakkelijk om de stad lopend te verkennen. Met de auto vrij eenvoudig de stad te verlaten. Appartement heeft nauwelijks daglicht, maar alles goed verzorgd. Prettig contact met de eigenaar.

Un problema a destactar, el cuarto de baño huele bastante a humedad y una sugerencia, si pensáis cocinar no hay utensilios suficientes para ello.
