Très bel appartement, très bien équipé et décoration sympa. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur car il y a une bonne aération via les fenêtres Velux. Très jolie vue sur le port et la ville. Parking facile dans la rue. Une bonne adresse à Boulogne-Sur-Mer!

Un très bel appartement très cosy. Très bien équipé. Nous sommes dans les combles mais même avec la chaleur que nous avons eu !!! il y a des ventilateurs et les ouvertures de Velux font qu’il y a des courants d’air et ça ne gêne en rien bien. Au contraire, nous sommes au calme..
Je dirais que le seul point négatif de cet appartement, c’est le troisième étage. Il ne faut juste rien oublier dans la voiture !!! Après les escaliers sont simplement à monter.

Het appartement zelf is ok, zeker gezien de vrij lage prijs. Ligging boven aan een steile heuvel + 55 traptredes in het pand zelf tot de 3e verdieping. Op 10 min van het strand en 10 min van het centrum.
De badkamer stonk enorm. De wijk zelf is vrij verpauperd. Geen brandalarm, geen brandblusapparaat en geen nooduitgang, blijkbaar hoeft dat in Frankrijk niet. Veluxramen kunnen open maar dan heb je wel vanaf 4 uur ‘s ochtends meeuwengekrijs. Oordoppen zijn geen overbodige luxe.
