The central position! Close to our favourite restaurant Le Marivaux & on the ground floor a definite bonus!!!

No electric kettle! This is an essential feel good aid! Perfect for all hot drinks!!! Since not everyone drinks coffee or from pods!!! 👎pod machine no go! Didn’t miss the toaster either!!! Since there’s delicious fresh pain available everyday!!! Some folding steps (between the cupboard & fridge) for the high rise microwave oven would have been very helpful & a safer option for use!!! Maybe the view from the windows could be cheered up a bit!!! The odd plant 🌱!!! No rubbish! Oh the toilet extraction run 24/7 thank god for the door to it to shut of the constant noise!!! Instructions in the drawer for how to use the hob….some of us like to cook. & finally when opening the curtains one morning the poles fell apart tumbling to the floor a bit of a shock!!! they were not secured!!!! !

Een fijn appartement in het centrum van Boulogne-sur-Mer, vanaf hier kun je de mooie Opaalkust gaan ontdekken.

Een fijn appartement midden in het centrum. Makkelijk parkeren in de parkeergarage in de straat. Alles is op loopafstand. Bed en slaapbank van uitstekende kwaliteit. Wifi en Smart tv beschikbaar. Leuke plaatsjes en de krijtrotsen vanuit hier makkelijk te bezoeken. Vergeet niet een bezoek te brengen als het eb is aan het prachtige Baie de Canche, je ziet de zeehondjes liggen!

Als je moeilijk ter been zal de laatste wenteltrap naar boven wat moeilijker zijn.

Appartement N2 Parfait , belle vue sur l'entrée de l'école st Louis, bonne literie, très bien situé au cœur de Boulogne très près du marché aux poisson et de Nausica .

L'appartement N3 très bien , sous toiture , mais à déconseiller pour les personnes âgées à cause de l'escalier en colimaçon pour y accéder. La conciergerie nous a changé d'appartement en nous affectant le N2.

Logement très bien situé mais le séjour perturbé par le logement très en dessous de nos attentes.

La localisation est idéale. La literie est confortable.

L'odeur pestilentielle de l'immeuble jusqu'au logement (tabac +++ imprégné jusque dans la literie, remontées d'égouts) Chasse d'eau cassée (depuis longtemps semble t-il,devoir utiliser un saladier) devoir réclamer un changement d'appartement, ce qui ne nous a pas été proposé par la conciergerie.Le linge tâché, les ustensiles de cuisine pas adaptés aux plaques à induction. Le micro onde placé très très haut. Inutilisable sans devoir monter sur une chaise. Le téléviseur inutilisable sans abonnement.

Wir durften unser Hund kostenlos mitnehmen und der Check-In über den Schlüsselkasten hat gut geklappt. Die Bettlaken / Überzüge / Decken waren sauber. Das Klappsofa war super und sehr bequem.

Der Hauptflur hat sehr nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und ein Handtuch hat gefehlt. Insgesamt war das Geschirr nicht ganz sauber, sowie das Sofa, das Badezimmer und die Fenster. In der Wand krabbeln Mäuse nachts und knabbern. Die Bilder sahen sehr anlockend aus, jedoch ein weiteres Sprung zur Realität.

De locatie viel enorm tegen we zijn dan ook na 2 nachten weggegaan. In de beschrijving stond het verblijf een privé strand had en dit was niet het geval. Hierdoor dacht ik dat het dicht bij het water lag en dat het een soort hotelketen was. Het huis lag echter in het centrum van de stad van Bourlonge-sur-mer. Het strand was 20 min lopen. Het appartement bevind zich in een heel oud en niet goed onderhouden pand. zodra je het pand binnenkomt stinkt het enorm. Dit kan het riool zijn maar vermoed ook van de katten van de bewoner die beneden woont. Ook lag er vuilnis op het binnenplaatsje en daar kwam iedere keer bij, dus daar kan de stank ook vandaan komen dus je ramen opdoen voor frisse lucht was ook geen optie. Er komen veel parkeerkosten bij. Daarbij is het pand erg gehorig en je hoort alles vanuit de andere kamers. Daarbij kan je zo bij de andere appartementen naar binnen kijken waardoor je bijna verplicht bent om met de gordijnen dicht te houden. Het appartement was redelijk schoon en er is geprobeerd om er iets leuks van te maken, maar het is het allemaal net niet. Een kraan die loszit, een kast die niet dicht kan, lamp en gordijnen scheef opgehangen net zoals de tv, geen wifi. Geen instructies hoe iets werkt waardoor ik de boodschappen die ik gedaan had niet kon gebruiken om te koken en moest gaan uiteten. Later na feedback werkte het fornuis wel, maar toen had ik al besloten om te vertrekken. Prima voor 1 nachtje op doorreis maar niet voor een vakantie om even helemaal tot rust te komen. Ik zou deze dan ook absoluut niet aanraden, hoe het aan de hoge recensies komt geen idee.

De communicatie en de informatie. Er word terugstorting beloofd maar vervolgens word er niet meer op mail en appjes gereageerd dan dus een slechte recensie om anderen te waarschuwen. Er is misleiding en niet volledige informatie verstrekt, dit kost veel extra geld en dat klopt niet. Ook de parkeerkosten lopen aardig op als je daar een week verblijft.

Notre séjour au 44 Saint-Louis

Notre petit séjour s'est très bien passé. C’était calme, le soir, fenêtre ouverte, c’était agréable d’entendre les oiseaux de Boulogne-Sur-Mer et de respirer l’air frais. C’était un chouette appartement que je recommanderai sans hésiter car il est très bien situé par rapport aux diverses activités que l’on peut effectuer dans les environs et également des magasins alimentaires, pharmacie en cas de besoin, boulangerie, etc... De plus, les propriétaires sont très réactifs. A la moindre question, ils me répondaient rapidement et tout s’est donc bien déroulé. Le fait d’avoir un code pour la clef est quelque chose que j’apprécie car l’on peut arriver à n’importe quel moment sans s’inquiéter et c’est une remarquable preuve de confiance. Que j’ai honoré de mon côté également.

Le seul petit bémol c’est que j’ai réservé en dernière minute (en pleine saison). J’ai donc eu accès à l’appartement du troisième étage sans ascenseur. Il faut donc bien se renseigner pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés pour se mouvoir. Néanmoins pour ma part, cela n’a pas été trop contraignant. D’autant plus que les escaliers ne sont pas en continu. Il y a des paliers assez long pour déposer des affaires ou autres afin de se faciliter la tâche.

Point positif : le service conciergerie très à l’écoute et réactif

Stop à l’embellissement des annonces s’il vous plaît ! Même si L’appartement est décoré avec bon goût et semble refait à neuf, les photos et la description embellisse le global (logement numéro 2). Les finitions sont bâclées (prises de courant arrachées, tuyaux de salle de bain bouché avec du sopalin, l’une des fenêtres du salon ne s’ouvre pas…). La porte de la chambre ferme difficilement. Pas de rideaux dans la cuisine qui donne sur le séjour, donc pour ceux qui dorment dans le canapé lit, ce sera avec la lumière extérieur. Pas de vmc dans la salle de bain- Wc et la cuvette des toilettes n’est pas fixée. L’isolation est très mauvaise : on entends tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins (même les pas des voisins du dessus) et les bruits dans la rue. Il manque des ustensiles utiles pour la cuisine (économe, passoire, bols,…). Quartier qui semble mal fréquenté avec de nombreux cris le soir côté rue, des personnes alcoolisées souvent croisés, les voisins qui donnent coté cour (notre chambre) qui se disputent le soir les fenêtres ouvertes. On ne peut pas dire que ce soit un appartement où règne le calme.

Le calme avant tout et en plein centre-ville. Surtout que nous étions venus pour visiter l’aquarium nausicaa . La plage était à 4 minutes à pieds.

Plutôt confortable et bien placé. On peut visiter beaucoup de choses qui sont à à peine 20min à pieds.

L’appartement correspond globalement à ce qui est annoncé, mais plusieurs points méritent d’être signalés pour aider les futurs voyageurs et permettre aux propriétaires d’améliorer leur offre. Les photos sont flatteuses et embellissent quelque peu la réalité. L’appartement a été rénové, mais de manière assez sommaire : les finitions sont parfois bâclées. La façade de l’immeuble est en mauvais état – on nous a précisé qu’elle allait être refaite, ce qui est une bonne chose – mais en attendant, elle donne une mauvaise première impression. Un point particulièrement problématique concerne les odeurs. Une odeur très désagréable règne dans les parties communes. Dans l’appartement lui-même, une odeur peu agréable se dégageait de la salle de bain, et dans la cour, l’odeur était franchement nauséabonde, au point de rendre l’ouverture des fenêtres difficilement supportable. À noter que les fenêtres de la chambre donnent directement sur cette cour. Côté propreté, c’était correct mais sans plus. La cuisine dispose d'une plaque à induction, mais seules deux poêles sont compatibles, les autres ne fonctionnent pas, ce qui limite l’utilisation. Enfin, le quartier nous a paru peu fréquentable, et nous ne nous sommes pas toujours sentis en sécurité, surtout le soir. En réglant ces quelques soucis et en améliorant les finitions, ce logement pourrait vraiment devenir une très bonne option.
