About this apartment rental
A 42-square-meter one-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor (no elevator), fully renovated in September 2020 and fully equipped. Ideally located, you’ll be just a 5-minute walk from downtown and a 7-minute walk from the beach.
You’ll also be less than an 8-minute drive from the basilica, the city walls, and various activities. A welcome guide will be sent to you upon booking to help you plan your stay.
- SELF-CHECK-IN to make your arrival easier, with a secure smart lock for independent entry at the time of your choice starting at 3:00 PM.
- 2 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 1 double bed (140x200) and 1 sofa bed (140x200)

Please respect the peace and quiet of the building and avoid making noise between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Parties and gatherings are not permitted in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
The towels provided must not be taken out of the apartment.
Windows must be closed whenever you are away. Please also remember to lock the door; in the event of theft during your stay, the tenant is held responsible.
If you encounter any issues with the amenities, please let me know about any malfunctions.
