Close to the station, staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was huge. Great value.

The rooms are very spacious and clean
The entrance light is a sensor which is extremely sensitive so would turn on when we would move in our sleep. Not great to wake up all throughout the night to the light turning on and being unable to turn it off. Also the location was a bit further from the station than we initially expected. We had to check in late due to landing in Tokyo and having to bullet train to Kyoto immediately after. I corresponded with the hotel about this and they gave me a number to contact on WhatsApp which when we tried, came up as mot connected to WhatsApp. We could not contact anyone yo open the door at 11pm until another guest saw us outside and let us in. Only then did we see the receptionist just sitting there at the desk the entire time.
