Biggest hotel room size I stayed in Japan
Very clean and Japanese style rooms with ample amenities
The city bus stop (5 mins walk) was very convenient for daily trips
10 mins walk from Kyoto metro but it was manageable and city bus offsets it

Staff was very nice and friendly, location was great, facilities as well, the room was very nice and big, everything was perfect.

Service was mixed. That by Ti (pronounced Tee) was outstanding however. He was friendly and very helpful in ordering taxis for us. Thanks! Not all employees were as friendly or helpful.
1) There were no chairs nor couches provided; so one had to sit on the floor to work on one's desk.
2) The television was useless for someone only speaking English, as they were exclusively Japanese channels.
3) The television was placed poorly; in a room with no chairs nor any couches, so it really was unusable even if one knew Japanese.
4) The bathtub had no shower head and no shower curtains, so one was forced to take a bath to get thoroughly clean.
