Room was clean and big enough for 3 people. They have washing and dryer combo machines on 2 floors so we were able to do our washing which dried properly. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't the best so we only had breakfast at the hotel one morning out of the 4 nights we stayed there. We loved our stay at the Richmond hotel Ekimae and would definitely book there again. The hotel is within walking distance to the Kyoto Train Station and Yodobashi Camera Centre where you can get everything you need. There are 2 7/11's and 2 Lawsons close by.

Friendliest staff, very clean room and overall would def come back here. Close to Kyoto station too and lively area but not crowded/loud at all!
