    Great location, nice clean comfy rooms. Free bike rentals and delicious breakfast.

    Pros: -Staff are helpful and nice. -Hotel can borrow bicycle for staying guest which make more fun when traveling, I love it! -Room design and the entrance's appreience are really good -There are many restaurants nearby the hotel :)! Cons: -The public bath area was not really clean. Lots of hair on floor and a bit dust on the top of the water machine. -Limited amenities, only provide toothbrush/ brushes/ shavers. But no cleansing form/lotion.

    We stayed here 2 years ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay here again but this time around we are not as impressed. The room we stayed in was not the cleanest (walls were dirty in both the room itself and in the bathroom, sheet had hairs that weren’t ours on it). Staff as always were very kind, close to Kyoto Station, a Family Mart is right next door, close to lots restaurants and shopping. Overall more positives than negatives but we might be looking for a different hotel to stay at next time
