Premier, newly renovated luxury beachfront (top-floor) condo on the Gulf coast.

The place was great and the host was excellent.

This is the perfect place to stay for a great view of the ocean! We watched dolphins a couple times throughout the week! So cool!! The balcony had comfortable furniture with tons of space. We appreciated the supplies provided and the wonderful communication from Matt before and during our stay. He suggested some great places for us to eat and he was spot on! It was a plus having a designated parking space under cover and close to the elevator even though our week was the most beautiful and perfect weather! I do wish the property itself would have some stand alone umbrellas and little tables between the lounge chairs at the pool. The only umbrellas were attached to the concrete tables in the four corners and just about every day people’s belongings were sitting on the tables and the people were nowhere to be found! Frustrating to say the least for me because I have to be very careful with sun exposure and getting too much all at once. Matt provides an umbrella and several chairs for the beach which is awesome, plus a canopy thing, coolers, toys.. very nice to have on hand!! I would definitely recommend this condo if you’re looking for a more quiet area and less crowded beach area. We loved it!

My family and I have been Clearwater "Beachgoers" for years. We were looking for a place that unplugged from the how big and busy that location has become. This property and location offered that and more. Pristine beach and water, combined with an updated, clean and comfortable condo that feels like home. I appreciated the wide ranging dialogue prior to and during our stay. The additional amenities from the beach chairs, umbrellas and games were so convenient to have on site. It was an exceptional match, you won't be disappointed.

The property was clean and easy to access. There was some confusion about there being washer & dryers. They are outside the unit and you need an app to access. I found it frustrating to use. The bedrooms don’t have dressers or adequate hanging space, instead there are cubicles and a rod. The living room and dining room were comfortable. The patio to the beach is good. The pool is really nice except it is on Gulf Blvd, so lots of street noice. The owner was very responsive and quick to resolve issues. We have been renting in this area for a long time and felt it was over priced for what we got.
