Enjoy luxurious serenity dream living at an eight-unit condominium complex located in Indian Shores, Florida directly on the beach with private access to the peaceful and gorgeous white sandy beach.
The unit is fully furnished with brand new furniture and offers a 2-car personal garage with an elevator to a private lobby that gives direct access to your unit. There is free high-speed internet with Wi-Fi throughout the unit
Fill your soul with breathtaking sunset views from the comforts of your living room sofa, or an oversized balcony, or walk a few steps to enjoy the same while relaxing on the beach, or from the pool.....the difficult choice is yours to make!
The unit has 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms all with brand new luxury laminate flooring, and will accomodate 8-10 peoplle. The oversized Master Bedroom facing the intercoastal has its own private balcony with a King-sized bed, two sofa chairs, and Samsung 75-inch QLED TV, a gorgeously tiled bathroom with his and her sinks, relaxing jetted Jacuzzi tub, capacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a large walk-in closet.
The two additional rooms have a Queen bed each with a private bathroom; one has a tub with a shower and the other is a walk-in shower. Additionally, each of these bedrooms has Samsung 43-inch 4K UHD LED LCD TV.
Got little ones? They can have their own room furnished with two Daybeds with pullout trundles which would allow 4 of them to sleep comfortably in the fourth bedroom.
The gourmet kitchen is fully functional with all the necessary equipment including Ninja Cold Press Juicer, Ninja blender, Ninja Foodie 9-in-1 Digital Air Fry, Cuisinart Elite Food Processor, Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker, and Cuisinart Toaster, to name a few.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the beach and ocean from the living room furnished with electric reclining sectional sofas, and at night enjoy movies on a slim Samsung 85-inch OLED TV.
The dining table will comfortably accommodate 8 people in the event you have an extra guest or two and provides beautiful views of the beach whilst enjoying your meals.

About our Fairwinds Condos -
28 minimum rental, dates must be started on the 1st thru the 31st or 15th thru 15th.
Although your rental can be more than 30 days we ask that you keep them in 15-day increments, in addition for first time renters the association charges a $100 fee for background check.

We were immediately impressed upon entering this very large, open and sunlit condo. The online photos are accurate but can’t convey how amazing the sunsets are from its spacious beach-front balcony! The en-suite bathrooms in the two queen bed guest rooms made our family members and friends very comfortable (we didn’t use the additional bedroom with trundle beds). The two car garage was very convenient and our communication with the host was excellent, very helpful and timely. The location is ideal; St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa, to name a few cities, are an easy drive away and the local area has a number of popular restaurants and bars within walking distance. We really enjoyed our extended stay in this Indian Shores condo and we can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing month stay - condo was as described..huge! Lots of room for my family of four, my parents and my brother + fam. We have young children so the location was great (easy to come and go from the beach). The view is what sold us and the sunsets didn't disappoint! We also saw dolphins from our balcony on multiple occasions! Check in and out was easy! Highly recommend
