Welcome to our home. We are very excited to share our newest project. Checkout our other listings to see how much guests enjoy their stays at our properties. This home was recently updated head to toe.
Picture this: you step onto the rooftop as the Gulf stretches out in front of you — golden hour, warm breeze, a putting green underfoot and nowhere else you'd rather be. Back inside, the kids are deep into NBA Jam while the waves crash just beyond the balcony. Hello Sunshine is a direct oceanfront condo in the heart of Indian Shores, designed like a magazine spread and stocked for the kind of trip people talk about long after they've unpacked.
The space is thoughtfully designed from the moment you arrive. Step through the double doors into an entry foyer anchored by a custom mural — the first sign that this isn't your average beach rental.
The bunk room is a destination in its own right. Two full beds plus a twin trundle sleep up to three, and two full-size arcade machines — NBA Jam (4-player) and the Legends Ultimate CE-HD with 500+ built-in games — mean the kids may never want to leave. Across the hallway, a full bath with a tub and shower combo keeps the family side of the condo running smoothly.
Down the hall, the main living area opens up. The kitchen is stocked to a level that will genuinely surprise you: electric stove, dishwasher, air fryer, slow cooker, waffle iron, rice cooker, electric kettle, and every pot, pan, and utensil you could need. Separate from the kitchen, the dedicated coffee bar is a full café setup — Keurig pods, milk frother, coffee grinder, milk steamer, sweeteners, creamers, and to-go cups. Make a proper barista-quality drink and take it to the balcony, or grab a to-go cup for a morning walk on the beach. Washer and dryer are in-unit. The living room centers on a 70" Roku TV mounted above the fireplace — positioned so you can watch TV and the Gulf at the same time. Two oceanfront balconies are accessible from this space, both looking directly out over the water.
The primary bedroom is pure calm. A king bed dressed in luxury linens faces the ocean, and a private door opens straight onto one of the balconies — fall asleep to the sound of waves, wake up to a Gulf sunrise. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
A spiral staircase leads up to the loft — a queen bedroom with its own Roku TV and direct access to the rooftop terrace. Up top, you'll find a custom putting green, a lush green foliage wall, and plenty of seating — all oriented toward the Gulf. It's the best seat in Indian Shores.
Throughout the condo: luxury linens in every room, premium Ginger Lily Farms organic soaps, Roku Smart TVs and bedside charging stations in every bedroom, a Bluetooth speaker, and a beach storage closet under the building (labeled 4B) stocked with boogie boards and 7 beach chairs.
Other Things to note:
~Parking: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
~There is no elevator. This is a second floor beachfront condo. To access the unit, there are two flights of stairs.
~Boogie Boards, beach chairs, and cooler are available for guest use.
~Streaming available with own accounts.
~Due to local laws and HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
We require a valid email address and your electronic signature on the rental agreement.
We also require a fully refundable $500
damage deposit, held 48 hours before check-in and released within 48 hours after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property.
Pet Policy:
~ Up to 2 dogs under 30lbs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet.
~ Pets must be disclosed prior to Guests' arrival.
House Rules:
~ NO SMOKING
~ The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside.
~ Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Please do not go over the maximum occupancy stated in the property listing.
