About this apartment rental
***Beach Nourishing currently in effect, beach access might be blocked during the month of September and maybe October, please consult with booking agency or the Pinellas county site for more details*** This condo is on the third floor, two floors above parking and it's one of three units in the building. No Elevator. Located on the top floor of this privately owned building, The Sunset Suite is where you want to be while the sun dips into the water. This suite offers a western facing King Master Bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and an en suite bathroom.
Room 2 has a queen.
Room 3 has 1 queen bed and a full bed and a floor to ceiling window.
Bonus room has a sofa and room for you to bring a inflatable mattress for an extra guest. Access to the washer and dryer room.
In addition to 3 proper bedrooms and a bonus room, there is a large kitchen outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The pool and hot tub are open, hot tub is on a set timer to ensure it cycles properly and water doesn't evaporate. We ask that equipment is not touched during your stay. It turns on at 6pm until 10pm, no children under 12 allowed in hot tub, no exeptions.
The large balcony can be accessed by the living room sliding glass doors as well as through the master bedroom sliding glass doors. Enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony during the day and watch as the landscape lighting illuminates the property after the gorgeous sunset.
Located in the middle of city center, start your day with coffee at the shop across the street and end it with a gourmet dinner at Salt Rock. You won t be able to resist the smell, you re so close!
Free tennis courts, library and playground are located directly across the street. Mangrove nature walks less than a block away.
And just on a personal note, I pride myself on offering a rental that cleans WAY above and beyond our competition. I learned bedspreads are only mandated to be laundered twice a year. Did you just fall out of your chair? Grossest thing Ive ever heard. We wash ours each time. EACH TIME. Yes. You re welcome. So snuggle up with confidence, my friends.

This property had pros and cons.Pros: Great location, clean, big deck, beach front, ice maker, take small dogs.Cons: Air conditioning is set at 74 and you can't change it, the fans barely work and the nights are extremely HOT. We were all terribly hot. Two fans in Master and Main TV room. Only light bulbs in one fan other light bulbs are taken out of second fan in both rooms. The TV in spare rooms don't work only for Xbox hookup. They give you only 2 pods for dishwasher and barely any soap for washing dishes, toaster barely worked, Kcup large coffee pot was all moldy. The pool was trashed until our last day it was finally cleaned and the area was finally power washed and looked better.

The Sunset Suite was the perfect location for our annual girls trip. We had plenty of space in the suite for 8 adults, loved the time at the pool and the beach was easily accessible. Would definitely recommend, especially if it's your first trip to the St. Pete area.

The view from this property is truly beautiful and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues impacted our experience. There was no working lighting in the den upon arrival which required contacting the host more significantly there was a leak under the kitchen sink that overflowed while we were preparing Christmas dinner, causing standing water in the kitchen. The maintenance came out. The issue could not be fully resolved until a plumber arrived the following day this impacted the lower unit as well, which appears to be a maintenance issue that was not taken care of prior to our stay. We had to rinse dishes in the shower during that time.In addition, basic supplies were limited for a stay of seven guests over the five days only one and a half rolls of toilet paper per bathroom or provided along with only five trash bags total while a washer and dryer were available. No laundry detergent Overall the location of view are wonderful, but the maintenance issues and limited supplies made this stay more stressful than expected. Better attention to these details could make this place better for the price you pay
