the only thing I did not like was the early checkout, 10 am is too early , you should do like every where else 12 noon .

Very comfortable accommodations. Great access to beach, the property was very clean. We had one issue with the door code upon arriving, which was handled quickly and no other issues. My family of four adults stayed so we wanted 3 separate bedrooms and this was a great fit for us. Definitely room for a larger group as well. Having the beach chairs, wagon, cooler and umbrella all furnished was great as it saved us time and money from shopping.

Elevator is slow but that is manageable. Having multiple carts to help load up belongings and groceries was very nice.

The condo is spacious and well furnished for a family of 6 or more. The location is excellent, fabulous views if it were not for the trucks going backwards and forwards on the beach with sand and diggers, replacing the dunes in front of the condos.

The condo was mostly reasonably clean, with the exception of the shower, which was not clean. There were only 4 mismatched tumblers, and a bunch of huge glass beer tankards. We contacted Vacasa immediately to request wine glasses and more tumblers, they sent an automatic response that they were sorry, but no action was forthcoming. In the end we bought some. We also raised the issue of being prevented by a beach patrol from accessing the beach while the dune work was ongoing for 3 full days. Again, we were fobbed off with a holding message and have heard nothing from Vacasa. We were not happy with their lack of interest, and would not book a Vacasa-managed property again.
