Facilities were missing detail and the staff did not carryout there promises

BBQ and pool

It had no beach towels No kettle Handover Celia spent all the time taking calls and didn’t hand over, how to use anything. TVs didn’t work and we were promised someone would be out to resolve it no one came. Ant infestation No tea towels Had no music, when we called they just said there wasn’t any. Cot was all stained and no mattress for it. Other villas I have used had a starter hamper, this one didn’t. There was no cleaning fluids

En el infierno de Málaga

Poco o nada, desde que llegamos todo fue un engaño

La casa dice que es de 4 habitaciones y resulta que no es cierto, son dos apartamento independientes, uno encima del otro, teníamos niños pequeños y no podíamos separarnos con lo que tuvimos que dormir apretados en 2 habitaciones y hacerle una cama en el incómodo sofá. Al llegar la casa estaba hirviendo , no nos dieron la casa con el aire puesto , los aire acondicionado eran viejos y no enfriaban no bajan de 28 grados, la casa estaba muy muy sucia sobre todo la cocina, todo lo que tocabas estaba pegajoso y olía a grasa vieja. El horno y la campana llena de grasa. Pague 600€/noche , 1800€ por 3 días , para pasar esta pesadilla en Málaga . Para ir a la piscina tenías que bajar un piso. Se supone que había un gimnasio y está podrido viejo y sucios desordenado. La mitad de los armarios y varias puertas estaban cerrados con candado sitio donde la propietaria guardaba sus cosas personales, no se dispone del 100% de la propiedad. Lo más grave y agobiante fue el aire acondicionado a 40 grados de calor y el aire solo enfriaba 28, quería irme de allí! Un fraude, casa vieja antigua , los interruptores lleno de polvo, cosas tiradas en cada rincón , tierra por todos los sitio. Pelos negros pegados en las puertas, desorden. aporto fotos, solo me deja 4 pero tengo más, Y soluciones ninguna . No aconsejo este infierno . Te arruina las vacaciones
