Excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean, amazing views of sea from the room windows. Free parking and comfortable bed! Everything you need for a small break away.

Weather could have been better 😁but that’s the UK for you.

Room was very clean everything you needed was there perfect for the shops and beach Keith and Helen were the perfect hosts made you feel welcome would definitely stay again

There was nothing I didn't like about it

The facilities were good and the apartment was clean and smart. The proprietor and his wife were always discretely and hand with information and advice.

Beautifully furnished with an amazing view of the promenade and beach. Close to the centre and travel routes. Attentive hosts with everything you need for a lovely stay.

Keith and Helen were wonderful hosts and always around if you had any problems or needed information about somewhere to visit on your stay.. The apartment was spacious and neat and tidy. And Berty the seagull came and chapped our window every day

I did not like that booking. Com do not tell you which floor the apartments are on as there are a lot of stairs to climb and we got the top apartment and as I have asthma it did not help it as I had to keep taking my inhaler when we reached the top of the stairs

The location to Cleverleys Town that is it.

Arrived for a 2 night stay. Before we even got out of car, Owner was out insisting he carry our luggage for us. Kind gesture? No. It was so he could check we got no pets. Mistook our ice box for pet carrier 'not got a pet have you'. Insist telling you rules for every room. Then get to rule book which amongst everything, must not cut your hair. Bizarre. Told us onternet code 2023, rule book 123 neither of them worked on TV or phones. Didn't go and check it with him, too overbearing. Smart TV not connect to Internet. Stickers on with rules on. Sign set of rules which he describes as fire regs. No fire escape. If fire on ground floor unable to exit as windows don't open. Advertised as double with sofa bed. Came to pull out sofa bed no, there was a combination lock on it. No bedding supplied. No intention being used. Chimes on front door annoying, an alert for entry and exit building. Entrance hall large ornament of Kings with immidatory message by the side. 'Haunt you'. Creepy.. owner said only had apartment 8 months not true when you read previous feedback doing back to aug 2020. Cover up scruffy bits? Windows filthy and front window had to be left open due to being broken. Bathroom window frame not been cleaned in months. Bathroom light on sensor, very annoying. Came to checkout and owner out onto drive for keys, didn't ask if things were OK legged it and to "check we hadn't left anything in our room" left standing good few.mins obvs inspecting for damage. First words were no damage charges then! Thought he was checking we hadn't left phone charger?? Didn't feel comfortable mentioning at the time feeling of being watched. Resembles more of a B&B without the breakfast rather than an apartment. Owner lives on ground floor. Apartment outdated and scruffy he is too overbearing about it given what it is. Shall not be returning, complaint sent to booking.com.

The host Keith & wife Helen were very friendly & extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, very clean & a perfect view of the sea, definitely recommend these beautiful apartments x

The location was perfect, the Seaview was exactly as it is on the website. Keith the landlord is a very likeable polite person. Such a great stay.

There were no faults. It was the cleanest self catering place that we have ever stayed.

The apartment was stunning, modern, spacious and had a great sea view. It was also very clean and had all facilities for cooking, dishwasher, fridge, nice furniture, nice carpet.

There was nothing to not like for us.
