The location was perfect for our stay.
The property is very modern and comfortable
It could have been cleaner.
Dust on most surfaces, half eaten chocolate bar on our bedroom windowsill
Food smeared up the wall behind the microwave

Great location especially from train station and generally central to the shops/ arcades etc.
Good size apartment especially the main bedroom, with everything we needed for our 1 night stay.
We had a lovely cosy night in and very much liked the lighting set up whilst watching a film.
Good shower, but found it a bit difficult controlling the temperature at times

The location is great 5/10 minutes walk to the tower.
On first look the apartment looked great but then on further inspection it needs some maintenance. The whole apartment needs repainting which cant be seen on the pictures on the listing.The shower is very poor with low water power that fluctuates between heat randomly. The apartment was freezing cold the heating is on a 2 hour button you have to press so takes ages to even slightly warm up. There's a draft from Windows in the living/kitchen area making the heating situation worse. The main bedroom where we had our 1 year old sleeping has a high vaulted roof so didnt seem to get warm atall. There's not a main light that works in the main bedroom either only two dim side lights next to the bed and one of the blinds in this room is broken too letting alot of light in.
There's an apartment next door that through a search sleeps 10 people and has a jacuzzi (party apartment basically) we were unaware of this and we stayed on a friday night with two young children and didnt get any sleep atall the noise was unbearable from 6pm to 6am with no stopping.
Id say this apartment isn't suitable for families especially with young children its more for couples or people wanting the night life of blackpool.
