Excellent apartment, in a fabulous location
Excellent apartment in a fabulous location. Clean, well facilitated, easy to find and very homely.
The beds were so comfortable too, had a great nights sleep.
Parking was just over the road.

Excellent apartment good location
Apartment was perfect, comfy clean and well appointed. Check-in was easy and location ideal for exploring Blackpool even with the wet weather!
There was clearly a party in an adjacent apartment loud music and shouting..did shut up quite early but were awake and shouting early morning. More of a niggle and no fault of the apartment we were using.

Good location but noisy, cold and needs maintenance
The location is great 5/10 minutes walk to the tower.
On first look the apartment looked great but then on further inspection it needs some maintenance. The whole apartment needs repainting which cant be seen on the pictures on the listing.The shower is very poor with low water power that fluctuates between heat randomly. The apartment was freezing cold the heating is on a 2 hour button you have to press so takes ages to even slightly warm up. There's a draft from Windows in the living/kitchen area making the heating situation worse. The main bedroom where we had our 1 year old sleeping has a high vaulted roof so didnt seem to get warm atall. There's not a main light that works in the main bedroom either only two dim side lights next to the bed and one of the blinds in this room is broken too letting alot of light in.
There's an apartment next door that through a search sleeps 10 people and has a jacuzzi (party apartment basically) we were unaware of this and we stayed on a friday night with two young children and didnt get any sleep atall the noise was unbearable from 6pm to 6am with no stopping.
Id say this apartment isn't suitable for families especially with young children its more for couples or people wanting the night life of blackpool.

Lovely clean apartment in an excellent location, only 5 minute walk from North Peir. Stayed with my 3 year old daughter and location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do.
Only slight complaint is the shower was very poor, water pressure terrible!

Windows were filthy,most of the blinds were broken,needs a deep clean.Shower was broken,only half of the rain shower head worked,and low pressure .small shower head was missing so washing hair was very difficult,just like using a hosepipe (easy fix so I don’t understand why they haven’t sorted this problem) seems to have been like this for a long time ( looking at the reviews)having a good working shower is important to guests,it’s a shame as we would of liked to have stayed in the future but won’t as of the shower being so bad

When we got there it was not clean no basic equipment to clean pots no tea spoons to make a hot drink no clean bin bags so 1 bag for kitchen for 2 days was not good

Property was easy to find and very modern and decorated lovely.
The only downside was when walking in from the main road there was an odd smell in the hallway though this wasn't in the actual apartment. The shower temperature was not consistent and kept fluctuating and the holder was broken so we had to hold the shower head whilst showering

The flat itself was decent, the area not for a relaxing stay, and some aspects could get better.
Location close to the beach, main promenade a few minutes walk. Flat very tasteful and clean. Entrance to the flat without problems, ours was on the second floor.
The shower doesn’t function properly — the water is either cold or suddenly so hot it could scald you. I strongly advise against using the rain shower mode, as it poses a real risk of injury.
I’m continually surprised by the lack of basic amenities: an incomplete set of cutlery (luckily we didn’t plan to eat soup), no cloth by the sink, a dirty sponge for washing dishes (we bought and brought our own), and no bathroom rug — leaving us to choose between using a towel for our hands or stepping onto a wet floor. There was no salt, pepper, leftover washing-up liquid, or hand soap. The pan was dirty, and no blanket was provided — we had to bring one from the car just to feel comfortable watching TV without turning the heating on.
The worst part of the stay was the noise from the neighboring apartment. One night, the shouting and karaoke went on until 3 a.m., loud enough to disturb the entire building. As a family on a quiet trip, this was the last thing we expected — it felt more like a location for party weekends and stag dos.
I was also surprised by the unexpected request for a security deposit — sent just one day before arrival, with immediate payment required. Yet the refund took a week, which I don’t consider standard, and I’ve never encountered this kind of policy before. After staying there, I understand why it might be in place — it seems the location attracts a crowd more interested in weekend partying than respectful stays.
Unfortunately, the surrounding area didn’t help either: run-down buildings, many homeless people on the streets, and visible public intoxication made us feel uneasy. It’s a shame, because the beach is beautiful and the town does have potential — but that’s a topic for another conversation.
Overall, the experience was well below the standards I associate with Airbnb — especially at this price point. I would not return, and I would not recommend this town or area to others.

Whilst I have absolutely no complaints regarding the property itself, please be aware of the following…. Me & my partner were accused of breaking the leg of the sofa which we didn’t even use! Lost a £100 deposit because of this and whilst I’ve contested it, they don’t want to know! Please make sure you take photos of the property before you leave so this doesn’t happen to you!!

Great location, exactly as pictured. Really nice space. Hosts were great with communication and giving detailed information for arrival etc. fantastic value for money and would definitely stay here again, in fact we would look to stay here first if coming again
As others said it is cold and heating is on 2 hours at a time, however didn’t impact us too much to be honest. Couple of maintenance bits need doing. No holder for smaller shower head - was just laid on the shower floor on arrival and although they did provide heaters to help, only one worked

Apartment was lovely, clean and beds very comfortable. Very modern and plenty of furniture (as some have very little seating!) Code entry saves carrying keys!
Shower spray head would not hang on wall.
Small bedroom had lots of things to bang head off! The hanging lights are quite annoying.

The location is amazing, don't expect it to be quiet it's near all the pubs. Lovely apartment, good beds and lots of mod cons. The shower wasn't the best but we got by. Kitchen is fully equipped and your in walking distance of everything.

Great location, apartment is spotless, very modern & has plenty of space. We visit Blackpool every year to attend an event at Winter Gardens which is just a few mins walk away. Already booked our stay for next year, found a hidden gem with this one!

Hidden gem
Excellent location and facilities, it completely exceeded expectations. We only used the apartment for sleeping but the kitchen and the front room looked excellent and the bedrooms were stylishly decorated with plenty of space. Would not hesitate to book here again.
The entrance to the apartment was a little hard to get into but once inside everything was perfect.
