VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The whole experience was very bad! We walked in and “the cleaner had not been” there was one room with a double bed which had been urinated/sick on. The other room had yellow stains all over the sheets the beds had not been changed from the previous guest. The kitchen sink all dirty glasses from previous guests and everywhere had rubbish. The owner did not then help us find a new place to stay as we could not stay there. We then had to find a hotel to stay in instead.

A lovely apartment with everything we needed.

Great location for a family. Close to the tower and coral island.

The trams at night are quite loud but that would be the same on anywhere on the beach front.

Was a fab apartment with great potential. Just needs a deep clean

The property was in the perfect location. Was very modest and well furnished

On arrival the property had a bad smell and was very unclean. There were vomit stains all over the sofa and carpets. We had to buy antiseptic wipes to clean up before we could feel comfortable. There were a few pots and pans but no trays and my tea towels etc

Stylish modern apartment, close to Promenade and North Pier. Well equipped. Main bedroom at back so quiet.

Also close to main road so noisy street and tram vibrations even reached back bedroom. Basement, so no windows.

It was a nice property

It was very cold and took a while to warm up & when we first arrived we had been given the wrong key code for the key box & was waiting outside in the freezing cold waiting for the host to answer the phone for around 20 minutes as we couldn’t get into the properly

Book somewhere else, location is great but apartment is not

The flat is in a great location and beds were clean and comfy and at first host seems really attentive. After lots of E mails during your stay it becomes clear that zubera is not the owner and actually works for pass the keys agency. Negative e mail on departure and all replies stopped.

At first the flat seems lovely, on closer inspection and spending time there it really isn't. As per previous reviews and feedback the front door blows in the wind and really doesn't feel safe. It's not private and we had lots of local undesirables hanging around on the wall outside. Lots of drug paraphernalia where you park the car. Luckily we travel with a black out curtain for our toddler so we covered the front door for privacy. The whole apartment just feels grubby and unloved, see attached pictures of defects and rubbish issues. All previously noted but not acted upon by owners. We felt unsafe with front door moving back and forward each time the wind blew. Lots of noise from flat above. We were provided 2 towels for 4 of us staying. Black mould in bathroom, lots of broken rails etc in cupboards. Main bedroom window opens to rubbish filled drain area. Broken ironing board and burnt carpets. Broken milk shelf in fridge. Dead plants in living room and bedroom that smelt. No where to hang coats, no towel hooks in bathroom, unsafe towel radiator that moves back and forward despite being very hot. Sofa and rug stained and no instructions on how to use heating/where bins are. Just unwelcoming. It just felt like an unloved basement bachelor pad, I read previous reviews and thought we would give it a go, I really wish we had a paid a little more and stayed further down the promenade. If you have kids please avoid this place.

The property was modern, clean and great location. Everything needed in property , washing machine dryer, coffee machine. Beautiful kitchen, very comfortable.

Lovely venue, great facilities ans would definitely book to stay again

Great location, very clean and lovely facilities with plenty of space & modern decor.

Glass door for main entrance was very drafty and made the kitchen living room cold, although there was a electric heater available the room was still cool and the blind for the door was broken so that may have helped with draft but also privacy. TV was also hard to use as it is all streaming services and signal not great when more people in building.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything you need is in the apartment The owner, Zubera, is so accommodating with everything. The communication with Zubera was 100% Would definitely stay here again when next in blackpool .

Stunning apartment

The apartment was stunning and had all mod cons. I was attending an event at the winter gardens, and it was only about a 6/7 min walk along the promenade. It gave me inspiration for my own bathroom !! I would stay here again when in Blackpool, in fact, wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

This is a basement apartment which we knew before booking,nothing too dislike about this but other guests may not that there are no views but certainly didn’t spoil our stay.Has to be one of the nicest apartments in Blackpool & a great base to relax after a busy day.
