About this cottage rental
Charming historic cottage located in Sanford's desirable historic residential district. 2 bedrooms (one king bed, two twin beds) and one bath. Kitchen is equipped for cooking and has the original antique sink preserved. Back screened porch with washer/dryer for those longer stays. Off-street parking for one vehicle, private courtyard, front porch and cozy fireplace for winter nights. Walking distance to downtown local restaurants, pubs, specialty shops, RiverWalk, Lake Monroe and marina. Centrally located close to beaches, major routes, Amtrak, Sanford Airport, Orlando/Disney. Two bicycles available (at your own risk) and fishing poles for your use. Cottage is VERY clean and disinfected between guests for your safety.

We stayed for a week and it was great. We only used the king bed and it was comfy. Plenty of sitting in living room. Kitchen is stocked well. Neighborhood was nice. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

This property was just wonderful and located in a quiet neighborhood. As advertised, the property was very clean and all amenities were available in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms making this a pleasant for our stay in Sanford Florida. Kim was a great host and would absolutely stay here again when we are back in the area.
