Looked just like the photos. Very spacious. Greet location. Easy parking.
Would have been nice to have had some milk in the fridge for our arrival, as to then go back out again the nearest food shop is 10 mins drive.

Lovely place ,all you could need for a stay in a Norfolk village within walking distance or bus to Wells with the added bonus of the Carpenters arms across the street a great pub with fantastic food . All in would definitely recommend

Lovely peaceful location in a quiet village with pheasant, muntjac deer and songbirds viewable from the kitchen window. Contemporary space with high ceilings and large eat-in kitchen area. Two cozy outdoor searing areas. Tasty pub food directly across the lane but no pub noise.
