Good location, quiet village & free parking, warm, quality furnishings with cosy blankets & good TV inc Netflix.
One of the single beds was a high platform with no guard rail, even though it was only suitable for a child. Unfortunately the biggest disappointment was that we had no hot water! Consequently we were unable to have showers after our journey & after being on the beach all day. Although we contacted the owner, they were unable to help. This spoilt what would have been a perfect stay.

Great decor, great location. Ideal.
Check out time was quite early compared to other properties we have stayed at in Norfolk, as well as this we had to strip the bedsheets (per the policy stated in guestbook) which was an inconvenience especially as we only stayed one night. Check in was quite late in the evening and early in the morning, making it not that worth it if you’re only staying for a night. I would stay for longer tho.
