The hosts are a wonderful, caring, hardworking couple with a kid. They are building their business and I like supporting them. I had a chance to sit with them and talk to them and get to know them one evening. The place is clean and everything works well. Coffee shops and restaurants close by. Supernova shopping center close by. It's close to the central bus station and also central Zadar.
The public transport could be a problem but managable. This is outside of the hosts control as you can imagine. There are bus stops close to this property. Better to check the timings. First 2 or 3 days I did struggle and learn. I learnt to walk if there was no bus especially after 9 or 10 pm

The room was clean and the AC was great during the warm weather.
I can only speak for my room, but I could here every noise that was made in the building. From the restaurant, rooms in my hall way and other doors in the building. If you are looking for an overall quiet room, look further.
