About this apartment rental
It is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, with lots of light and next to a green area that provides peaceful and clear views. Tastefully decorated, it is spacious and cozy. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with double bed (150cm) and a spacious bathroom. The living room has a TV and access to a terrace with two chairs and a table where you can have breakfast or a drink overlooking the park. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and all kinds of equipment and utensils to be able to cook comfortably.
The apartment is located in a residential area next to the Town Hall and all services (supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, cafes and restaurants). The metro station is 2 minutes walking distance.

El apartamento en sí estava bien. Los muebles, utensilios, etc, muy nuevos y adecuados. El baño muy bien.
El problema es que era una planta baja y la pequeña terraza da a la calle directamente. Las persianas las teníamos bajadas porque si no pasa gente y te ve. Además, al ser una calle en subida muy pronunciada, hay una cinta mecánica para subir justo al lado y se oye un poco desde las 7 a.m.
Por lo demás, todo bien. El apartamento en sí está muy bien por dentro como ya he comentado. Quizás por el tema de ser planta baja y estar en la zona que está podría ser un poco más barato.
El trato fue amable desde el primer momento.
