Apartamento Puerta del Camino 7

The location and cleanliness of the apartment made our trip to Bilbao just that extra bit easier and relaxed. We had a technical issue with the main entrance entry system upon arrival which was thankfully swiftly rectified via phone messages, so we were able to access the apartment within minutes. The hosts proved to be courteous, polite and welcoming; exactly what you need when visiting an unknown city with a language you don’t speak and you’re exhausted from a long day of travelling. Highly recommended

There was a minor issue with the hot water supply running cold sooner than expected (eg: halfway during a regular shower) but as our stay was so short and it not being a major issue, we didn’t have time to mention it. However, I suspect the problem will be addressed efficiently following this note so don’t let that put you off. We really cannot fault this place!!

Excellent apartment. Well equipped. Super clean and comfortable. Only a short walk over the bridge into the old town and good bus and tram links to the Guggenheim museum etc. Easy check in. Short bus ride from bus/train station.

First impression of the area itself was that it was quite rough, but it was not so bad on reflection. Felt secure in the flat. Front door combination handle didn't always work smoothly, but not so bad as to contact hosts.
