The dorm was at the top of the building but was very quiet, there was no noise from the bars below. It was nice and warm but not too hot to sleep. The shabby chic theme was interesting. The kitchen was very small but the breakfast was as advertised.
I was ignored when I was waiting to check in. No smiles, no 'sorry, I won't be a moment' or 'sorry to keep you waiting'. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left to look for somewhere else.

Beds were made; no need to make your bed. Stable non squeaky beds. Free earplugs
This place chooses pointless inclusion over actual practicality. I would not want to see politics in places I stay at. For example, no need for “all gender showers”. Calling it a “mixed shower” gets the point across just fine.
I’d rather they go with more practical and private arrangements in the hostel beds, for example lockers and bunk bed curtains. For €40 per dorm bed you’d expect just some more thoughtfulness.
Also: busy street…! Opening a window for fresh air would’ve been good, but the noise was too much
