De ligging van het pension is erg goed. Het is een zeer stille omgeving, waardoor er men goed slaapt. De prijs is erg scherp, daardoor is het mogelijk langer te verblijven voor het zelfde geld elders.
De hygiëne schiet heel erg tekort. Er word slecht schoongemaakt en vooral de keuken en de badkamer zijn vies door het niet frequent schoonmaken. Rondom het huis is het niet erg goed onderhouden en rommelig. Doordat het niet schoon en netjes is gaat het comfort achteruit.
