Enjoyable stay at the Tiny House

The Tiny House was comfortable for us (2 adults 1 child) and warm. Full kitchen amenities and good shower. WiFi speed acceptable. It sits in a corner of the large garden from the main buildings giving plenty of space. It's a 5 minute drive to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great place, super friendly staff and the kids liked watching the horses on the property. Great location to explore the nearby beaches on the baltic sea, sailing or quick city trips (Hamburg & Lübeck in our case). The kids already asked to come back since it is 'nearby' - we live nearly 900km away...

The kids loved it!

The location is amazing. Kids took a horse riding lesson in the attached stable. Eggs come from own chickens. The community kitchen creates a nice atmosphere. It facilitates to get to know the other guests.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen, es ist kein typisches Hotel, jedoch hat uns das Herrenhaus mit seiner Art und Weise sehr gefallen. Wir werden auf jedenfall nochmal wieder kommen.

Virkelig smukke omgivelser, så flot indrettet, pænt rent. Ikke en finger at sætte på det. Morgenmaden overdådig især sammenlignet med det lille sted det er.

Eneste der ville være lækkert var et lille køleskab på værelset men der er et fælles i fælleskøkkenet

Es war ein sehr großzügiger Raum, obwohl es anscheinend der kleinste und günstigste war. Es ist ein wunderschönes Gelände und man merkt, dass es für den Inhaber und Immobilienmakler Daniel Pohl eine Herzensangelegenheit ist. Konzeptionell ist alles sehr stimmig. Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war außerordentlich freundlich, es wurde immer genügend nachgelegt.

Bereits kurz nach 10 Uhr warteten drei freundliche Bedienstete vor unserem Zimmer, damit sie reinigen können.

Aufenthalt wär grundsätzlich schön gewesen, wenn wir nicht ständig an die Unzulänglichkeiten erinnert worden wären.

Lage und Ruhe

1. so gut wie kein Personalkontakt (nur telefonisch). Keine Einweisung in die Haus-Technik, z. B. Boiler-Einstellung für Warmwssser. 2. Trenn-Toilette wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Auch keine Nutzungs- und Entsorungs-Anleitung im Haus!? WC-Entlüftung zum Balkon ?? (könnte mit Leichtigkeit zur Vorderwand des Hauses erfolgen). 3. Schwarze dunkle Küchenzeile mit unzureichender Beleuchtung. 4. Total verwitterter (vergammelter) Balkontisch. 5. nur 2 Fenster mit Mückenschutzgitter !

Wunderbar!

Das große Anwesen ist sehr gut gepflegt und bietet viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. (Sessel, Liegen, Bänke, Hollywood-Schaukel... und für alles gute Sitzpolster). Das Herrenhaus ist sehr schön restauriert, die große Gemeinschaftsküche und auch das Familienzimmer (eigentlich sind es zwei Zimmer mit einem großen, sehr geräumigen Doppel-Bad) sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet worden. Toll ist die Kinderspielecke direkt neben dem Koch- und Essbereich. Für Kinder und Jugendliche stehen sowohl draußen, als auch drinnen viele gute und gut gepflegte Spielsachen und -geräte zur Verfügung. Auch das Tiny-House hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Enkelkind wollte unbedingt mit bei mir übernachten. Dafür war auch genügend Platz. Auch andere Familienmitglieder, die uns zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten während des Wochenendes besuchen kamen, konnten draußen, auf der Terrasse des Tiny-House und in der perfekt ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsküche problemlos verkostet werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wunderbar! Herr Pohl, der Vermieter, den ich in unserer schon so digitalisierten Welt problemlos telefonisch erreichen konnte, war ein sehr entgegenkommender und äußerst freundlicher Gesprächspartner. Alles in allem fanden wir eigentlich nur die besten Voraussetzungen, ein wunderbares Wochenende miteinander verbringen zu können. Vielen Dank!

Im Tiny-House gibt es eine ökologische Toilette. Das ist ja eigentlich eine sehr lobenswerte Sache. Dennoch ist diese umweltfreundliche Technologie noch nicht so weit entwickelt, sodass (nur im Badbereich!) eine gewisse geruchliche Beeinträchtigung festzustellen war.
