NEVER AGAIN!!!

Large room

No lights on front porch, fumbling for a key in their padlock boxes in the dark. $500 penalty for lost key, but the padlock with the key was not locked. Anyone could have taken the key before I arrived and cost me $500 penalty. Safe was broken - not working, no batteries. No toilet paper!!! Dirty towels!!! NOT CLEANED: poo and pee all over the toilet, sink dirty, shower dirty, bed dirty, sand everywhere in the bed and all over floors everywhere, bloody fluid stains on used bedsheets. Disgusting!!! No coffee, tea, sugar, creamer first night. Coffee maker broke second night. Shower is either ice-cold lava-hot. Overhead shower full of calcium, only gave water after I spent 10 minutes cleaning the rubber nipples. NOT MY JOB! Neighbor was locked out all night, slept in her Mercedes, still by 10:30 morning no answer from hotel.

The mattresses were not very comfortable, felt quite worn out and saggy in the middle. Half the room was under the slanted roof, so one person had to duck to get to their side of the bed, because we are both over 180cm tall. Only 1 key provided, which was ok for us, as we would have stayed together anyway, but could be problematic for some situations.

Sehr sauber und echt schön...Tip top... Aber das WLAN ist wirklich nicht gut... unbedingt den Router einstellen...( Fritzbox 6660) hat in den unteren Zimmern einfach keine Leistung und springt nach 1min wieder raus... Egal trotzdem echt schön..

Das Bad war in einem sehr guten, neuen Zustand.

Die Möblierung fanden wir zu dunkel, Sonnenlicht fiel erst nachmittags in das Zimmer, daher war es stets kühl, was im Sommer recht angenehm sein kann, und klamm im Raum.

Für den Preis etwas hoch, kaum Aufhängemöglichkeit, Dachzimmer sehr warm nur mit einem Lüfter tagsüber runterkühlbar, im Duschbad leere Duschspender(nicht aufgefüllt)...zum Glück hatten wir unser Duschzeug mit...keine Küchenzeile...Abwasch im Badezimmer...Kaffeemaschine ist eine Padmaschine (sehr ungepflegt), Treppenhaus nicht gesaugt, nicht genug Fahradabstellmöglichkeit, Fenster feucht schwitzig.....

Immer wieder gerne

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Kurzurlaub im Seaside-Townhouse, wir hatten das Appartement mit Terrasse und Dachschrägen, welches wirklich gut ausgestattet war. Der Weg zu Fuß bis zur Fußgängerzone war ca 5min. Stellplätze sind an der Straße vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos mit Code.

das komplette Appartement lässt sich leider schlecht abdunkeln und ist im Sommer daher schon früh morgens sehr hell

Das Zimmer heizt sich sehr stark auf Die Dusche: keine Ablagefläche, Bodenwelle, Regendusche zu schwach, Handbrause unkomfortabel Das Waschbecken war nicht ganz eben, somit konnte man nichts abstellen bzw. verrutschte das vorhandene Stück Seife (eine Seifenschale wäre gut) Spülutensilien wären gut, da ein wenig Geschirr vorhanden ist.

Timmendorferstrand ist eine Reise wert, aber das nächste Mal bitte ein anderes Zimmer.

die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. wir waren erst im falschen Haus und kamen nicht an den Zimmerschlüssel, der Code war gehörte nicht zum Schlüsselfach, was logisch war, es war ja nicht das richtige Haus. Aber die sehr, wirklich sehr nette Gastgeberin(?) war so hilfsbereit und hat uns Alles geduldig erklärt und Verständnis aufgebracht. Großes Lob !!!

Das Zimmer hat im Großen und Ganzen, gut ausgestattet, aber vor dem Dachfenster war kein Sonnenschutz, somit war es sehr warm und stickig wenn man von draußen rein kam. die Dachfenster blieben nicht wirklich geöffnet, leider. Vielen Dank für den Ventilator, ohne hätten wir´s nicht ausgehalten.

Für kurze Aufenthalte und unempfindliche Gäste in Ordnung, für uns schwierig.

Die Unterkunft war so wie auf den Bildern, eher noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Man hat genug Platz, sie ist sehr hell und hat schöne hohe Decken. Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Grundsätzlich sauber Bettzeug roch angenehm neutral und frisch.

Es ist mir beim Buchen nicht aufgefallen, ich habe nicht nach Außenjalousien geschaut, weil die nicht nötig waren. Grundsätzlich aber Vorhänge, oder Rollos, die das Zimmer abdunkeln sind für mich eigentlich selbstverständlich bei einem Schlafraum. Hier waren nur Plissees, ohne Verdunklung. Es ist lange hell und ich schlafe so schlecht, aber mein kleiner Sohn erst recht, das war für uns sehr schlecht, auch für den Mittagsschlaf komplett ungeeignet. Ich hasse Spinnen und finde an weißen leeren Wänden müssen nicht 3 lebende und 2 Tote Spinnen rumhängen, das macht keinen guten Eindruck. Die Wasserhähne und die Dusche sind extrem laut, man hört auch alles von den Nachbarn. Die Dusche durchflutet das ganze Bad, schlecht konzipiert. Für zwei Nächte und einmal duschen ok, aber ansonsten super nervig. Das Bett ist extrem laut bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Das Haus im generellen ist sehr hellhörig und nicht für empfindliche Personen gemacht. Ein paar Teller und der Topf waren dreckig, sodass ich erst einmal sauber machen musste, bevor ich mit gutem Gefühl davon essen konnte.

Der Aufenthalt selbst war gut.

Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles vorhanden, um sich Frühstück zu machen und Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen.

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht. Die Anweisung bezüglich Einchecken und Bezahlung waren konträr zu denen vom Seaside Townhouse. Es kamen zig Mails, entweder von Booking oder vom Seaside Townhouse, zusätzlich von einer Person bezüglich der Kurtaxe.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft

Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, kleine Details passen zu einem stimmigen Gesamtkonzept. Die Schlüsselentnahme läuft problemlos und die kleine Schmöckerecke ist wirklich eine tolle Idee. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dachschrägen und Dachfenstern, leider war eins ohne Sichtschutzrollo. Menschen, die gerne Dunkel schlafen sollten beachten, dass es sich nicht um Verdunklungsrollos handelt, es gibt also keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer einigermaßen Dunkel zu bekommen. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass Geschirr, Besteck und sogar Weingläser vorhanden waren. Das Zimmer war sauber und auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche hygienisch einwandfrei. Die Dusche hat einen super Wasserdruck. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nie wieder! Diesen Vermieter sollte man sperren!

Die Lage war gut. Man konnte sich vor Ort gut zurecht finden. Ebenfalls war es allgemein ruhig, was sicher auch dem Reisezeitraum und Wetter geschuldet war.

Es gab bei Anreise keine Übergabe (Empfang) und auch bei Abreise keine Abnahme der Räumlichkeiten. Vorgefunden wurde ein Zimmer im maritimen Stil. Das Bad klein, aber okay. Leider kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Es wurde versucht, etwas über den Hausmeister zu organisieren, welcher auf telefonischer Nachfrage erbost den Hörer mit der Bemerkung "dafür bin ich nicht zuständig", auflegte. Weitere vorhandene Telefonverbindungen konnten während der ges. Zeit nicht erreicht werden und meldeten sich auch nicht zurück. Nachrichten konnten nicht hinterlassen werden. Bei Abreise wurden im Zimmer und Bad, wie vom Vermieter gefordert, die Mülleimer entleert und der Müll entsorgt. Alles war in Ordnung und heile. Dann die E-Mail vom Vermieter: "Sie haben einen Stuhl beschädigt (Bein ab) und vergessen, dieses anzugeben/melden". Zahlen Sie sofort 80 Euro! Ihr Vermieter (kein Name, keine Bezeichnung). Das Foto eines kaputten Stuhles in der Anlage, welcher bei Abreise nicht in diesem Zustand war und auch gar nicht genutzt wurde! Nur 2 Nächte Aufenthalt und den ganzen Tag außer Haus aufgehalten - Zimmer nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Auf gesendeten Bild vom Vermieter konnte man auch sehr schön sehen, dass der monierte Stuhl schon einmal einen ähnlich gelagerten Vorfall hatte, welcher repariert wurde. Augenscheinlich Materialermüdung. Es wurde versucht, mit dem Vermieter vor Ort ein Treffen mit Absprache zu arrangieren, woraufhin es keine Antwort gab. Nur eine weitere harsche Nachricht über booking.com, dass man einen Anwalt einschalten würde. Weiterhin wurde der Vermieter aufgefordert, eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung plus Erklärung und Fotodokumentation für meinen Anwalt bzw. der Versicherung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Antwort des Vermieter: "Sie sind frech. Ich halte mir den Rechtsweg offen. Sie haben Hausverbot". Fazit: Hätte ich doch vor der Buchung die Bewertungen auf Tripadvisor gelesen....

War sonst im Großen und Ganzen prima und würde wieder kommen

Top Lage, ruhiges Haus, kostenloser Parkplatz, anders als andere, super Matratzen, schönes Bad, eigene Terrasse, niedliche Küchenzeile und wirklich schönes Zimmer

Sind Ende Oktober und die Heizung im großen Raum am frühen Abend abgeschaltet, Heizung im Bad ohne Funktion. Kein Aussenlicht und dadurch abends extreme Stolpergefahr an den Stufen. Als Hinweis / Tipp für Selbstversorger vielleicht, Pfanne und Töpfe ist besseres Camping Equipment und, da kein Ofen, vielleicht eine kleine Mikrowelle bereitstellen.
