Excellent location, city center, near the promenade and the beach, around the cafe, shop and bakery, where delicious bread. The apartment is clean and has everything you need to live. The owner of the apartment is always in touch, and always ready to help in solving any issues. Very welcoming and friendly)

Very convinient flat for cooking and staying.

Very good facilities. Spaceous and beautiful flat. Fantastic host.

Poor incidence of light leaves the flat rather dark during daytime. That is also because a lot of windows are shuttered permanently. The entire flat is one open space and thus temperature regulation is difficult. Only the windows in the lowest floor can be opened while the bed is at the top floor. This implies that the recreation rooms are always colder than the bedroom.

Styleful, beautiful apartment in a very nice area

Very comfortable, nice and styleful apartment in the centre of this lovely old town. Next to the lake (also for a swim) and within a 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Shopping facilities are also very near by. Very friendly owner. She will give you a warm welcome! Very recommended!

Excellent accomodation with the proverbial knobs on !

We spent a very pleasant 4 nights at this property and the owner could not have been more friendly or accomodating. Very well placed for restaurants, of which there are a few, - an excellent Thai Restaurant /Take Away right behind the property with easy access through a nearby pedestrian tunnel. There are plenty of interesting places to visit in the immediate area and further a field. A seemingly historical property,with the foundations having been laid in 1391 , - not sure of the timescale but obviously over the following years the house eventually reached completion.With a 16th century staircase leading to a very romantic gallery with double bed and associated furniture, the flat conversion/modernisation is excellent with a great deal of attention to detail. My wife and I found it quite a change not to have a TV in the property, but maybe that would be a plus point as at the moment there is none .

For those with weak legs, lazy syndrome,no patience,or even weak nerves, the many and varied types of stairs to obtain access to this property which lies on the 4th floor, may cause a problem. But as person who`s legs were once seriously injured and now also have arthritis I managed ok, - just grin and bare it ! It`s worth the climb to this excellent tudor style property. Book immediately or live a life of regret,and misery ! (My wife Bettina did not actually write this as is claimed but her opinion is exactly the same as husband Phil !)

Redelijk veel trappen, voor ons geen probleem maar kan onhandig zijn voor minder mobiele personen.

Sehr schöne Lokalität, tolle Vermieterin, mit ÖV wunderbar erreichbar und nahe am See.

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, funktional wunderbare Wohnung an toller Lage. Wirklich sehr guter, rascher und hilfreicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Die Treppen zu der Unterkunft sind sehr steil und bedingen eine gute Mobilität. Das ist kein negatives Kriterium, man muss sich dessen einfach bewusst sein.

Nett, aber nicht günstig

Top Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Schönes Bad und gut eingerichtete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und -Kapseln. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Hat alles prima geklappt.

Parkplatzsituation schwierig, da man nicht in der Strasse parkieren kann. Auch nicht mit dem Motorrad. Die Stufen im Haus sind eher eng und mit Gepäck kann es gefährlich werden. Auch die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist gefährlich, da uneben. In der Nacht muss man Licht machen, da sich die Toilette unten befindet; Sturzgefahr! Sehr warm in der Wohnung, da Dachgeschoss.

Corina ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin von einer sehr schönen, gut gelegenen Altstadtwohung.

Die Unterkunft ist in der Altstadt sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Man ist schnell bei der Bahn, am See und auch die Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Uns hat es gefallen.

Wunderbar haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, herzige schön renovierte Altbauwohnung. Sehr netter Kontakt und sehr bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste. Könnte nicht besser sein.

Etwas heiss im Sommer zum schlafen da unter dem Dach. Wurde jedoch ein zweiter Schlafplatz Angeboten im unteren Stock, das war viel besser und eine tolle Geste. Treppen sind sehr steil wenn man nicht gut zu Fuss ist.
