Lovely stay in a very unique property. I’d definitely stay there again!

The property was quirky and unique. It was amazingly spacious and the washer/dryer/drying rack were an unexpected bonus. It’s 5 mins from the train station, a grocery store, bakery, and assorted restaurants as well. Super location. The building is very old as is the surrounding area which adds a lot of charm. It was mostly immaculate upon check-in, and the owner went out of his way to accommodate a slightly early checkin time.

No aircon, but that’s normal in this area. The second bedroom is very small but quite pleasant. There were a couple of minor issues that didn’t really affect my stay, which I did report to the owner.

Comfortable place to stay in Saint Blaise.

We liked the location. We liked that the appartment was fully equiped with enough place for 4 people.

Doors to the toilet and bathroom didn't have a handle, so they were difficult to lock.

Disappointing

The parking space right below the flat is handy. The flat is pretty spacious. Saint Blaise is a small village but with the tourist card you can easily reach Neuchatel for free.

Check-in was delayed because other people had occupied my flat by mistake. I had to wait for them to move their stuff and for the flat to be cleaned. I got the keys at 8 pm, 4 hours after check-in was due. The owners should have prevented this from happening. The flat itself pretends to be fancy but has several maintenance issues: toilet flush not working, bathroom light not working, bathroom doors not closing properly, broken blind in a room and missing curtains in the kitchen (disturbing sleep in the sofa bed).

Happy days near lake Neuchâtel

The atmosphere, the location (a quiet town, bus and train stations, a supermarket, restaurants, the lake beach - all in a short walking distance), plenty of space for 4-5 guests. Perfectly equipped apartment - from the kitchen appliances and a washer and to books and games (including a PlayStation).

Some bathroom/toilet doors not locking, all the rest was great.

Exceptional stay at this cute apartment in the centre of the village

We stayed for over 2 weeks at this old but completely renovated apartment. It is spacious, (we are a family with 2 young boys, 2 and 5), it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, kitchen well equipped and Tom (the wonderful host) left tea, oil, condiments etc. In the basement there are cleaning facilities and even a carnotzet where we enjoyed wine and a fondue. I worked from the little desk provided and wifi worked well. It is in the village of St Blaise, which has good transport links to town or train station and the lake is walking distance away. The village is very pretty. Perfect stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again or propose to family and friends.

Zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen in einer tollen Gegend und Wohnung

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, See, Bahnhof, Einkauf. Mit ÖV perfekt! Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten als Familie zwei wirklich tolle Ferienwochen in der wunderschönen Gegend von Neuenburg.

Es hat keinen Balkon, aber bei schönem Wetter nicht wirklich relevant.........

La surface de l’appartement est grande, c’est agréable pour les familles. La présence de jeux de société dans l’appartement. Son emplacement central et la place de parking.

Mitigeur défectueux donc PAS D’EAU CHAUDE DANS LA DOUCHE !!!!!! (Il est grippé et impossible de le tourner vers l’eau chaude). Appartement très sale ! Nous avons du vider la poubelle des anciens locataires en arrivant, nettoyer entièrement le frigo qui était très sale et avec des restes des anciens locataires dedans (bouteille de lait entamée et périmée, bouteille de coca entamée). Les sols sont sales (taches, poussière) ainsi que la baignoire. Nous n’avons eu que 2 serviettes alors que nous étions 4, les draps du canapé lit n’avaient pas été changés et sentaient les locataires précédents (les autres draps étaient propres). La chambre avec le lit est minuscule, parfait pour un enfant mais pas pour un adulte. La literie est vieille et très très molle. L’appartement n’est pas entretenu : rideaux cassés, système wc du haut cassé, pas de poignées aux portes des sdb et wc…

Un appartement duplex très bien pour une petite famille

L'emplacement de l'appartement était idéal pour visiter Neuchâtel (8 min en voiture). Sa taille, ses équipements, ses petits jeux de société nous ont permis de ne manquer de rien. Les lits sont plutôt confortables, nous nous sommes plutôt bien reposés.

Il aurait été préférable qu'un deuxième ventilateur soit mis à disposition pour les chambres car en période de chaleur, il fait assez chaud à l'étage, surtout dans la plus petite dont l'ouverture de la fenêtre est restreinte (ce qui est normal car c'est une fenêtre de toiture).

Ich werde die appartement nicht empfehlen.

Bettsofa war sehr klein. Für zwei personnen. Ihnen Ausstattung nicht war dabei. Wie Beispiel playstation ect. Funktioniert nicht. Fernsehe läuft ab und zu hält an sehr alt. Internet spätestens 20 Uhr mach er weg. Parkplätze waren immer von fremden besetzt. Kontakt mit der Hausbesitzer antwortet nicht . Ausser am anfang sendet nur der Schlüssel Code danach nicht mehr. Also die bette waren sehr unbequem ect.....
