The view from the villa is wonderful. The place is very clean. The bedrooms and the sitting room are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, nearly all high tech. It is a good location to discover lots of areas around by car. The location is easy to find by GPS. To arrive and move around you need to be driving a car. The closest supermarket "Denner" satellite is about 10 mnts driving from location (reachable by car only). So you need grocery stock for few days. We were there on New Year eve, we enjoyed beautiful firework al around the lack from the balcony. Wonderful place, would like to revisit for relaxation.

Die Lage ist atemberaubend schön. Die grosse Terrasse und die Fensterfront. Der Holzboden ist wahnsinnig angenehm und das grosse Badezimmer sehr toll. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Ankunft und Aufenthalt sehr unkompliziert
-Leider war die Lampe über dem Tisch zur Hälfte kaputt, als wir ankamen. Ich habe neue Birnen gekauft- habe aber gemerkt, dass es an der Elektrik liegen muss. -es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Nachttischlampen mit einem Verlängerungskabel eingesteckt gewesen wären.

Anbieter ohne Service mit schmutzigem Haus, Lage TOP
Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich gut. Schön ruhige Sackgassenlage, toller Ausblick auf den See und freundliche Menschen in der Nachbarschaft.
Wir sind als Familie über 900 km angereist und fanden vor Ort ein komplett dreckiges und zum Teil herabgekommenes Haus vor. Wären wir nicht so weit von zuhause weg, hätten wir direkt wieder umgedreht und alles storniert! Die Ausstattung ist jetzt nichts besonderes für so ein Haus, aber im großen und ganzen akzeptabel. Man hat uns als Familie 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier hinterlassen, für eine Woche - Service geht anders. Im Haus waren überall Spinnenweben vorhanden, Schimmel im Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, sowie an den Wänden. Hier fiel zum Teil auch der Innenputz ab. Die Luft im Haus war unerträglich bei unserer Ankunft. Wir mussten einen ganzen Tag lang lüften, bis hier eine Besserung bemerkbar war. Einer Familie mit einem Neugeborenen Kind, ein Haus mit Schimmelbefall zu überlassen, ist mehr als fahrlässig. Im Haus lagen teilweise tote Spinnen und Käfer in den Räumen, eine absolute Frechheit bei dem Preis. Sauberkeit sollte bei einer Anmietung Selbstverständlich sein! Wir haben die Anbieter damit konfrontiert, alles mit Bildern belegt, allerdings kamen bis heute nur leere Versprechungen zurück. Es kann immer mal was schief gehen, da wir alle Fehler machen. Sich dann aber so zu verhalten wie in unserem Falle und nicht dafür gerade zu stehen als Vermieter, ist einfach nur eine Frechheit. Wir können diese Unterkunft in Verbindung mit dem Anbieter absolut NICHT empfehlen!
