A cute house in a peaceful & pleasant location, walking distance to the old town.
The house has a nice layout & generally everything is well-looked after. At the entrance, there's a WC & central stairs, leading down to a laundry room & up to four bedrooms plus a bathroom. The living room has a sofa, TV, fireplace & large table. The kitchen is a good size with everything we needed, except a microwave. The house feels quite spacious. The living area has floor-ceiling windows/doors all around, the kitchen also has a door to the garden area, which goes around the house on three sides. Two bedrooms have a sliding, connecting door, a balcony & floor-ceiling windows overlooking the garden & local area; one wakes up to the sound of birds. There's a side-road in front, which has hardly any traffic. The area is peaceful, with some nicely renovated, historical houses. It's a short walk to the lake, where there's a small park, and from there a short walk to a Coop supermarket & then the old town. The train station is also walking distance.

die Lage und die Aufteilung im Haus war gut.
leider war im haus alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und vieles defekt und kaputt. die Toilette, Pfannen, Türe im Keller etc. waren kaputt.
