WE DID NOT STAY! Unresponsible and horrible host!

The only thing we liked was that we didn't stay!!

Horrible experience. We arrived and the home was disgustingly filthy. There were crumbs on the floors, counters and furniture. There were dead bugs and th worst of all was that none of the bedding was changed from the previous guest or guests!! When I contacted the host he basically threatened me in a strong tone of voice! Hopefullyy booking.com will make it right and refund as we walked in and walked right out. We did not stay any longer besides to greet a cleaning woman that was sent over and verified everything I stated was true and accurate.

Beautiful place with an amazing view

It is a beautiful and very spacious two storey flat with an amazing view. The flat has everything for a great holiday with a homely feel. The area is also beautiful with lovely walks and it is a walking distance to a bakery. We have received all information from the host in advance and the check in and check out process was stress free. We would love to return there is the future.

Great place to stay, well equipped and has a great view.

The space and they have so many appliances, cleaning supplies, a lot of equipment and the bedding was great quality.

Some of the cutlery, glasses, and plates were dirty but I assume it wasn't checked between tourists and the last group didn't wash it correctly.

Not for partiers. A great place to take in major Switzerland views! Our hostess was outstanding; explaining everything to insure we had a great stay. Wish I had reserved for more days!

Lovely chalet, perfect for a family stay in the mountains. Recommended.

Cosy well appointed apartment in a chalet. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and four kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the appliances, pots and pans, cutlery and tableware we needed. Very nice bathrooms, newly refurbished by the looks. Location gives easy access to chairlift for skiing (2 mins in car, 10 mins walk.) Would definitely return.

No complaints really, although a couple of the kids got splinters in their feet from the floor so I would recommend wearing slippers.

Perfect Swiss Chalet

Everything! This property is beautiful, super comfortable, and superbly located. The personal touches or having basic pantry items to access to cleaning supplies and a washer/dryer made us feel completely at home. We will return!

Disappointing

We were staying with my family and friends just for one night there. The host seemed to be paranoid that we would destroy or leave the place in a bad shape (chat messages and phone calls were not too pleasant). It quite ruined the stay there, otherwise the location and the property itself were really decent.

long week-end in Gstaad area

the house is very well located in the touristic area of Gstaad. the deco and furniture is very nice. I recommend to book this house for a trip in that area.

The owner tried his best to help and did arrange a taxi for departure.

Views were wonderful, but it was a long walk from the train station. When we got there it was dark and rainy. It was difficult walking to the place and a struggle to find the keys.

We would have appreciated a pickup arranged at the station on arrival. Also the washer and Drier were not inside the unit. It was a struggle to get the keys and instructions from the owner to get our laundry done.

Exceptional

Very nice and spacious accommodation, offering a lot of privacy. You will not find a better place to experience a traditional Swiss Chalet, many devices are original but they function very well, giving the chalet a very special and magical atmosphere. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was perfectly clean. We were there on the last week of July 2021 and have decided to go back in September.

Fica um pouquinho longe da estação e fica incomodo carregar malas até o chalé. O banheiro do andar superior está vazando agua pelo box.

DECEBEDOR

És un apartament dintre d'un xalet de més apartaments. L'arribada és autònoma, hi ha les claus a una caixa de seguretat cosa que va molt be i el propietari es posa en contacte amb tu quan fas la reserva donant tot d'indicacions de com entrar, on aparcar... El lloc és molt maco i l'apartament te molt bones vistes. L'apartament en sí està molt be, és un dúplex amb 4 habitacions, cuina, menjador, tres lavabos i a la part de dalt inclús hi ha una llar de foc. És tot en fusta i molt acollidor. La cuina està ben equipada i hi ha pàrquing per un cotxe.

L'apartament és molt maco però alhora és força brut. Hi havia molta pols per tot arreu, fins i tot en una trona que hi ha al menjador hi havia boles de pols on es posa el menjar dels nens i el que menys ens va agradar va ser trobar cabells i pèls als llençols de dos dels 4 llits. El propietari ens va enviar un missatge a quarts de dotze de la nit demanant que ho deixéssim net i que no treguéssim els llençols dels llits. Li vam demanar si s'havien canviat els llençols i ens va dir que sí, cosa que dubtem.

Praktische woning en alles aanwezig.

De moderne badkamer met ligbad beviel ons het meest. Ook de bedden waren goed en schoon. Fijn is de aanwezigheid van vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger! De omgeving is prachtig. Handig is het treinstation en de kabelbaan in de buurt.

Op de foto"s ziet de inrichting er nieuwer uit dan het in werkelijkheid is. De vloerbedekking op de slaapkamers is niet hygiënisch. Het meubilair is verouderd en daardoor wat smeuïg. Het ligt pal aan de doorgaande weg, waar veel verkeer over komt. Op het zicht was het huis schoon. Maar niet overal op,onder of bovenop...

Chacun sa chambre et le nombre de salles de bain, c'était parfait ! Un grand balcon, une grande table pour accueillir tout le monde, on y reviendrait avec plaisir.

Séjour entre amis très agréable dans ce bel et grand appartement, même par mauvais temps.

Très bel appartement spacieux et confortable (mais comme toujours ça paraît plus grand sur les photos que en vrai). On y a passé un très bon week-end entre amis. Il est vraiment très agréable à vivre (et d'avoir autant de sanitaires quand on est nombreux). La mezzanine est aussi très sympa comme espace supplémentaire avec sa cheminée. Pensez à prendre du bois si vous souhaitez faire du feu ça vaut la peine aussi pour chauffer un peu plus.

On a eu froid le premier jour... Mais probablement que le chauffage avait été mis en route peu de temps avant notre arrivée et du coup les murs n'étaient pas encore réchauffés. Comme c'est un grand espace avec de la hauteur cela faisait un peu des courants d'air froids, d'où l'intérêt de faire du feu ! Autrement il est bien meublé, et agencé, des jolis sols exceptés dans les chambres où il y a encore de la moquette un peu plus anciennes (à éviter pour les personnes allergiques) Les instructions de notre hôte étaient très claires, un peu directives aussi (fais pas ci fais pas ça ou fais comme ça...) mais peut-être est-ce une question de langue, et mieux vaut parler anglais en tous cas.
