Renovated apartment with air conditioning in a quiet location

Completely renovated in an elegant, contemporary style, this air-conditioned apartment accommodates up to six people in a peaceful setting, far from the hustle and bustle. Lake Neuchâtel, its beaches, the Grande Cariçaie, and numerous water activities are all nearby. The Rock The Lakes festival is just a 15-minute walk away. An ideal location for combining comfort, nature, and relaxation.
Please note that the festival will take place from August 14 to 16. Noise disturbances are therefore to be expected.

For your information, an outdoor security camera is located on the facade of the entrance to the apartment.

This fully air-conditioned apartment is the perfect place to cool off during heat waves. Located in the middle of the countryside, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people with its two double bedrooms and a living room equipped with a new sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom features a shower and plenty of storage space to make your stay hassle-free.

Each bedroom and the living room have their own Smart TV, with Netflix, YouTube, Zattoo, and more. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for enjoying a delicious fondue or raclette after a day of exploring around Lake Neuchâtel, nestled between the lake and the forest.

An electric griddle is available upon request. The owner lives in the apartment above. He’ll be happy to make it available to you during your stay.

Sheets, towels, and laundry service are included, ensuring a worry-free stay.

There are no other fees to expect, except for the tourist tax, which is payable after booking. Collected by Swiss municipalities, this tax applies to all stays and helps fund local tourism and cultural infrastructure.

Two parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the apartment.
