It was clean (bar grease marks on the comfy chair in the lounge where your head touches the pale fabric), well equipped, and the area felt safe. It was easy to get to the closest metro station and there were lots of bars/cafés, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Communication for arrival times was good and my misunderstanding of the address was taken well, the lady that let us in was very kind to wait for us to walk up the VERY long street!

The advert says that there is a balcony which there is not and it also says it has views. With the latter, the view is not bad, but it's just of the street. I would argue that stating that there are "views" implies a pretty park, mountains or the sea IF you were on the coast. The mattress in the single bedroom was very uncomfortable as you could feel and hear all the springs. As the mattress protector was very "plasticky" it made for a sweaty nights sleep, also the bottom sheet wouldn't tuck under the mattress as it was too small, which drove me insane. The deposit is VERY high (€600) and I have never stayed anywhere with such a high deposit. This was not (unless I missed it) stated before booking and was only mentioned the day before we arrived. If, therefore, you didn't have the money to give the deposit, it would obviously cause a major problem.

El precio es un poco elevado y uno de los cuartos no tenía aire acondicionado y para el verano eso es un poco complejo

La propiedad es amplia, con muchos placares, excelente calefacción. Lindo entorno.

Si bien la ubicación es bella, está a 25 cuadras aprox de los puntos principales. Hay medios de transporte, pero hacerlo caminando es complicado. Me pareció un exceso q cobraran €110 por limpieza (lo q en booking no estaba aclarado) y € 600 DE FIANZA!!!!! Estoy recorriendo España hace mas un mes, y en 7 reservaciones que hice jamás me pidieron mas de € 50/100 por dicho concepto. ( el alquiler me salió €910) y €600 de fianza es un despropósito.
