Très propre. Supermarché juste à côté et multitudes de petits commerces. Proche du métro.
Déco un peu vieillotte. Fort bruyant certains soirs. Prévoir des boules Quies 😅 on a pas réussi à ouvrir la porte d’en bas avec l’app du gestionnaire de l’appartement.

Location
Cumbersome process to get keys and communication. Automatic information received by mail was confusing. A/C in bedroom with a terrible water leak, couldnt use it. If you leave coffee machine on, breakers will jump constantly due to overcharging.
