La ubicación es excelente. Tranquila, a poca distancia de las lineas de metro y bus que nos conectaban con todo Madrid. El edificio donde esta el departamento es de excelente calidad, y el departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadia confortable de 5 dias.
Que la hora de entrada es a las 15hs inflexiblemente. Al ser un ingreso automatico, se podria haber autorizado el ingreso mediante el codigo apenas la limpieza termina, ganando un par de horas en vez de esperar en la calle.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito, e confortevole. In una zona tranquilla, comoda al quartiere universitario, e con la metro a disposizione per spostarsi ovunque in città. Check-in automatico con sistema di codici per aprire sia il portone del palazzo che la porta dell'appartamento.
Deposito cauzionale un po' troppo alto rispetto al numero di giorni del soggiorno, ma restituito immediatamente.

Location
Cumbersome process to get keys and communication. Automatic information received by mail was confusing. A/C in bedroom with a terrible water leak, couldnt use it. If you leave coffee machine on, breakers will jump constantly due to overcharging.
