About this apartment rental

Located in the Chamberí Neighbourhood, one of the most traditional and favourite areas of Madrid. In an old building recently fully renovated with the highest quality and the greatest elegance.



Entering the building is a delight, its decoration has been carried out with all the details trying to preserve the old and valuable and incorporating the latest technology. At the entrance, a hall with stairs leading to the lift, which is new, decorated with striped wallpaper of great elegance.



The Apartment:



Designed with 3 clear premises: comfort, practicality, and aesthetics. This is a 3-bedroom luxury apartment, where spaces have been maximised to ensure each room is always pleasant. The living room is spacious and features a dining table and large double sofa bed facing the latest technology television: smart TV and 3D. The kitchen is located right at the entrance next to the living room. It is very practical and fully equipped. Behind the living room is the corridor leading to the three bedrooms, all with capacity for 2 people. For the first two, both with windows overlooking a bright interior courtyard, a latest design of bunk/nested bed has been chosen, which allows for 2 beds, one on top of the other or just one if left unopened. Very comfortable and safe. The main bedroom at the end of the corridor has the second bathroom incorporated, also with a shower, modern and spacious. The bedroom with a double bed has windows overlooking a fabulous and very quiet light well. The apartment has another bathroom with the same characteristics as the previous one. Independent high-speed internet is included in the price.



This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park approximately 50 metres from the apartment.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.

The building has been renovated in 2023.



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Great location and 3 bedrooms with Queen and king size beds - the kitchen is completely empty, the bathrooms are small and dated and one of the beds was very uncomfortable but otherwise the other two beds were comfy and this was a great apt and felt safe and great street and vibe!

Wonderful location, close to metro station, out of hubbub of tourist attractions. Place was clean, safe, quiet. Would highly recommend.

Little hard getting used to using phone to enter apartment (I am 66 not very phone savvy). Apartment was good, kitchen could use a few more items for someone who cooks. No dish towels and I had to buy a spatula to flip eggs lol. I would definitely recommend it
