The seating area needs an upgrade to make it more comfortable but in keeping with the quaintness.

Tranquil retreat in a secluded location

Perfect rural location, wonderful property that has kept its period charm but fully modernised. The garden was huge and beautiful.

A very enjoyable stay in peaceful surroundings.

Cosy, well equipped cottage. I really liked the outside area especially the donkeys.

The garden furniture was very well worn and really needed rubbing down and perhaps a lick of paint- one of the garden seats was very wobbly - so wobbly, that we had to stop my elderly parents from sitting in it as we were concerned that it would collapse. As we were very lucky with the sunny weather we spent most of our time outside, so sadly the garden furniture did slightly let the place down.

Very relaxing and peaceful stay in a beautiful old style cottage.

very clean and tastefully refurbished. lovely fire place and beautiful garden and setting. wifi is excellent.

one of the box beds had a very thin duvet. the boiler next to the toilet was very noisy during the night. no toilet brush in the toilet. the kids complained that the tv was tiny.

A beautiful peaceful property in a lovely location.

A gorgeous peaceful house, beautifully and sensitively renovated, in a stunning location. We loved having so much space to ourselves, and enjoyed relaxing in the summer house by the pond.

There is a serious issue with an airlock in the water system. We were woken twice in the middle of the night by the pipes screeching like a banshee. Also it took us two days to discover the additional facilities, including the freezer, in the out building, which didn't appear to be mentioned in any of the information left at the house.

Lovely property, sensitively restored in a great location. Very clean and well presented.

Unfortunately neither of us got on with the mattress. Which meant a rather sleep deprived stay.
