The three apartments on the ground floor ("Aragosta", "Razza", "Ziguela") have a small private garden, equipped with table, chairs and sunshade.
"Polpo" e "Totano" on the first floor have a terrace with table, chairs and sunshade.
Apartment “Sgombro” is on two levels, and it has a garden accessible with a flight of stairs.
All apartments have air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Smart TV.
Equipped kitchen, with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and microwave (the “Totano” apartment only has a microwave: no traditional oven).
The apartments for 4 people have a bedroom with double bed, and a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room.
The apartments “Polpo” and “Sgombro” have a second bedroom, with two single beds.
Private parking inside the property, included in the price. Two charging points for electric vehicles.

Very well designed property in a small group located in gorgeous gardens. Quiet location close to the centre of town and the beach. Would definitely stay here again anytime as Levanto is a lovely town and the property manager Mauro went out of his way to make my stay easy.
