Needs a lot of polishing

The site itself is very cute We stayed in the windmill room - at first glance it is very nice but it was not great. Needs a lot of polish Pool was a nice addition, water was clean but the tiles not.

The room was dirty - there are ants nesting in the ceiling - hundreds of ants crawling around the ceiling all day and night. Wake up or return back to the room and there would be a few ants on the bed along with dust/sawdust from where the ants are nesting. The pool tiles were not clean around the edges - algae on the floor of pool. The sun beds were stained The toilet had no door, so unless you want to watch your partner use the toilet or stand outside then it is not great. The walk to and from the centre was a little sketchy, walking past a big scrap yard. Payment in cash only Large thunderstorm during our stay, extremely loud and large thud from the windmill part waking us up and made us think the roof was falling in. All in all, this could be a great place to stay, but it just was not clean enough in the room or the pool area. If the ants were removed, a toilet door added, and the pool area cleaned I would stay again. After the storm we left the accommodation due to all of the above and just stayed elsewhere despite having paid for longer.

Nice and helpful staff, pool with beds, short walk to the center, cozy and cheap restaurant, cute little animals.

Room and camping site not very clean and they don’t do housekeeping. Shower was leaking.

Excellent value for money and great with kids and teenagers.

It's a great place to sleep and the pool is very nice. It was fantastic to have a place to swim in northern Albania! The airco works very well and the beds are good with nice sheets. It is a bit of a walk from the main town, about 30 minutes. They let us use the bikes, sometimes we had to pay, sometimes we didn't.

Food and drinks are available which is great with no t many options in the neighbourhood but are not the strong point of this accomodation.

OK for a one night stay.

Cleanliness, nice food and staff at the restaurant, quiet, air-conditioned. Helpful staff. Small chickens and kittens. Pool (but we did not go in).

We ordered room with 4 beds and got a tiny room with one double bed and not much space. The room has certainly a lot things to be finished, it seems it is not detailed - one lamp not working, area around door to bathroom looks like from a building site, metal of a walk in door is loose and keeps falling off. The holder of the shower does not fit the shower handle. A mosquito in the room. The road leading to the site is not welcoming.

Charming campsite with nice staff & great value

This place was such a great find! Such good value for money and we were really happy with our room. The property has a very peaceful energy and had chickens, cats and a few sheep roaming around. The wifi wasn't very strong in our room but I was able to sit out in the sun and do my remote work on the restaurant outside tables which The staff were great and very accommodating to our late arrival. We also really enjoyed the food from the restaurant - I'm still thinking about that spaghetti bolognese with grilled vegetables!

A perfect camping for relaxation

A great green landscape, cosy houses and an amazing pool. The best part was that the pool water was warm even during the night and had cozy lights. Further the staff were great and the breakfast was good.

Good stay in shkoder

Nice room on a nice camping. The host was very friendly and kind. He helped us with transfer to Koman and we could leave ot car on the camping for a good price. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the animals on the camping. The pool was also very nice.

The bathroom didn’t have a window and the walls of our room were thin (conversations of the neighbours were understandable)

We tried to book the camping but all that was allowed on booking.com was the small guest chalet/cabins. Great value for what we got. Nice staff and assuming owner. He allowed us to park our campervan next to the cabin and also hook up the power. Nice of him.

Property really run down and antiquated. There was an open electrical outlet in the shower that we covered with a cloth. Super dangerous! The campground is fine and the power hook ups workable. It rained during our stay and the entire campground was a mudpit. The neighborhood is a disaster. It's basically a campground in a junkyard of hundreds of junk cars.

The campiming is so friendly, it has a lot of animals and it has an amazing pool.

Despite the camping site being fantastic, and I highly recommend it for those planning to camp, I strongly advise against staying in the rooms they offer there. One of the rooms was right next to the laundry, and in the early morning, you could already hear staff noises. During the night, there were leaks from the ceiling onto the beds, a wardrobe that shook and seemed like it might collapse at any moment, and poorly cleaned bathrooms. We checked, and the photos didn't match what we experienced. I recommend that the accommodation exercise more caution in accepting guests on their premises. I also suggest making renovations to improve the lodging, and only then resume rentals. Until that happens, I do not recommend it.

Great place - loved the stone walls in the rooms and the option of a camping place. Great food at the restaurant and not too pricey. Lovely staff.

Shower was open to the bathroom so everything got a bit wet but we get that that's just how it is in accommodation like this - overall really pleased.

Small camping with rabbits and chickens running free, very quiet, nice wooden huts with air conditioning and private bathroom. The food in the restaurant is good. There is also a pool, usable although still under construction.

we stayed only one night, booked the cabin and it was absolutely fine. There is an AC, private bathroom and you can park really close to the cabin. During our stay it was really quiet. Staff is helpful and nice. You can also pay in euro if you want

A nice place, but you will hear evey noise from your neighbour (if you choose the room)

The building looks nice, the surrounding is also nice and the owners and neighbours are very friendly. It is nice to sit outside in the garden, but it is not a slikent place as we tought (there is eg. a soccer field where the garden looks at.)We imagined the place a bit differently from the pictures. Also from the pictures it gave the feeling of a farm with all the animals. There are animals, but it is deffinately not a farm.

The wals are like thin papers:-(. We heard every little word, music, film noises, toilet, shower usage of our neighbours:-(. We choose this place because it was sout of the city, in the nature, but when we arrived they were just making the ground work for a swimming pool, meaning that we had a construction oise right under our window(. When we arrive we asked how long will it take today. They said for an hour. After about 1-2 hours tehy really soppend and then restarted until 20.30:-( when we askd how long will it take anymore, because we were traveling with a little child. Of course that does not happen every time, but you shoucl take into account that there might be a construction next to you until they finish the pool. If it was written on the website we would have choose an other place. I thik this place is really good for people arriving with campers. (They can also cook for themselves becaus eit is not a camaping with community facilities.

I loved the welcoming staff and the fact that everyone was so kind with my dog. He loved the environment. I also got a lot of tips to do in shkoder of the lady who worked there.

Loved it!

Excellent room with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, good WiFi, strong water pressure and hot water. Slept beautifully here! Staff were amazing. I wanted hot water in the morning to make my own coffee; the manager drove in to get it for me!!! Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was good. I had Greek salad each evening with massive portions at a great price. I was very sad to leave but definitely want to return.
